Optimization of pricing and price policy of the enterprise in the conditions of financial and economic instability

The subject of this Bachelors or of Art work is research of pricing and price policy of management company CJSC "Nash Standart" , which is included in group of companies Properties O1 enterprises, in the conditions of financial and economic instability. The purpose of work is search of ways of optimization of price policy in the market of commercial real estate. The management company CJSC "Nash Standart" is one of the leaders in the Moscow market in granting to clients professional services of trust management of objects of commercial real estate. This Bachelor of Arts work is divided into three main parts. In the first part of work the theoretical bases of formation of price policy, methods of pricing and analyses of internal and external indicators are described. The second part characterizes the CJSC "Nash Standart" organization, his financial activity for 2012-2015, the analysis of requirement in rendering of services of the company and the analysis of price policy. The last section includes solutions of problems of pricing and price policy in the sphere of rendering of services by the CJSC "Nash Standart" enterprise.

Bachelor thesis on the evaluation of the company potential on the selected market, examines the main factors that could directly or indirectly affect the Footshop Ltd. enter the French market. To achieve defined goals I got through the milestones that have been realized by comparing, surveys, PEST analysis, analysis of internet and competitor analysis. A great contribution to this work has been own knowledge about Footshop as well as interviews with its owner and employees. My work has discussed macro environment and consumer behavior on search engine sites and social sites in detail and last but not least, I have dealt with competition. Evaluation of these active external and internal forces, I came to the conclusion that Footshop has some potential to establish themselves in a new market and thereby increase sales and brand awareness.

The business plan is based on market needs, analysis of the market and the local market, which is characterized by excess demand for the services of pre-school education of their existing capacities. Feasibility and viability is based organizational, marketing and financial plan mainly. Own market space, where competition is eliminated from the game captures the Blue Ocean Strategy.

The paper deals with a description of accomodation facility and marketing and its individual phases. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a marketing strategy for hotel Pod Věží. Furthermore the bachelor thesis evaluates external analysis, SWOT analysis and marget segmentation. After that hotel marketing mix is developed in order to meet marketing objectives and goals, which are also set in bachelor thesis. In conclusion the whole marketing mix is developed and its efficiency is assessed.

The goal is to create a webpage with a thorough optimization for Internet search engines (SEO) and ergonomic optimization for the users alike.
Analysis of the Business Intelligence market

The main goal and contribution of this Bachelor thesis is the selection and recommendation of a suitable Business Intelligence (BI) solution for a specific enterprise consistent with the current conditions in the enterprise and the set criteria. To achieve this goal, the thesis will be divided into two big sections. The first section, the theoretical one, will explain the term Business Intelligence, its history, architecture and main components to the reader. After that, I will analyse the current BI market and provide a short summary of selected BI trends which are important from the perspective of a BI user. The practical part is dealing with the actual selection of the suitable BI solution for a specific enterprise (PTT Global s.r.o.). First of all, I will set the criteria and the weight of these criteria with regards to the specific requirements of business management. Based on these criteria, the chosen BI solutions will be thoroughly analysed and compared. The result will be the most suitable solution for the selected enterprise.

In the first theoretical part I focus on definitions of entrepreneurship and on description of the structure and essentials of a business plan. The practical part is devoted to description of this concrete project, market analysis, analysis of the competition and target customers and also includes a marketing plan.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to describe the marketing activities of the company InBIO Ltd. The emphasis is placed on e-marketing communication and improvement in the competitive company position in the market. The work is divided into two parts: theory and practice. The theoretical part includes initial expertise of certain issues, which are crucial for the practical part. The practical part contains important information about the company and market analysis with emphasis on competitor analysis, customer analysis, site analysis, product portfolio analysis and SWOT analysis. Market analysis uses Porter's model. Customer analysis is based on the recently conducted survey. In-depth expert interviews were carried out to cover the e-shop and Facebook evaluations. The analysis utilises secondary and primary data. As a conclusion, proposals for improving marketing communication are set out. The final outcome of this thesis is the marketing plan of the company for year 2016 and a summary of data usable for other companies in the industry.

The methodology used to bring a complex picture about the main trends is retail scan data analysis accompanied by consumer panel and consumer research. As a result, this work provides a detailed mapping of chocolate confectionery market environment and elaborates a set of recommendations for marketing orientation.
Zavedení nového postupu zdravotní péče pro český trh

The objective of this work is to analyse the possibility of use of micro -- needles technology as the method of drug delivery in the Czech Republic. The characteristics of this product (application, connection with drug, etc.) suggest three possible target groups: patients, health care providers or pharmaceutical companies. One of the goals is to analyse legal requirements on such products, evaluate current market situation and according to this information choose the best group for the product consumption. Also product itself presents a challenge and there are several designs of micro -- needle or needleless drug applicators. Combined together, this study aims to find, whether is the Czech market able to accept new method of drug delivery, in which form and how can patient reach this technology.
