Hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn

In the thesis of the documentation Hotel in Spindleruv Mlyn. This is a six-storey building of the partial basement. In 1S is a technical base for an indoor swimming pool, air-conditioning, hot water, workshop, stores, and USB battery compartment. The 1st floor has a reception, restaurant with kitchen facilities for staff, and ski storage pool. In 2 and 3rd floor are designed bedrooms (two - four people) with access to the loggia. In the 4th floor are two two-storey rooms designed to 5th. The foundations are designed as footings under load bearing walls and the columns are designed shoe. External walls in 1S are designed from the shuttering in thickness. 300 mm insulated thermal insulation XPS thickness. 100 mm. External walls in 1 to 5th floor are designed from the sandwich concrete blocks tl.400 mm with built-in liner made of stabilized polyurethane foam (th. 140 mm) from BS Group Klatovy. The roof is designed with smooth saddle roofs with a slope of 34 °. Plane roofs are completed in different height levels. The ceilings are designed as a monolithic thick. 180 mm.

Bachelor thesis solves the design of a house with establishment in Strašov. The building has approximately shape of a Letter L. The building has two floors and basement. The house is partially covered with a pitched gable roof and single flat-roofed. There are commercial space (flower arrangement) and housing unit in the building.
Sports and cultural centre, Otradov

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of new sports and cultural centre Otradov. The dominant feature of the complex objects stands and multipurpose hall. The building is architecturally designed with an effort to fit in too much of rural architecture. Multipurpose hall has two floors, one third roofed flat roof, two-thirds of the roof ridge. The core system is aerated concrete blocks. The building is two-storey grandstand with the carrier deck. Roofing is solved by means of broken wooden beams. Sanitary facilities is dealt wall system and roofed shed roof. Athletics track, the surface of the polyurethane mixture designed for sports.
The detached house with surgery in Olomouc

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis are a design and mainly a project documentation of a detached house with two doping untils and surgery in Olomouc. The building consists of three aboveground floors and basement. The house has a garage for two apartments. Beside the own project documentation an architectual study, fire report and thermal technical assessment.
Wooden-based Detached House

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a project of a new detached house on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with gabled roof. The structure system of the basement part is made up of permanet shuttering and the above-groud part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of village Vendryně. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.
Restaurant and facilities for ČRS Lačnov

The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the design documentation for the realization of a newly-built restaurant and facilities for Czech fishing union in the village Lačnov. The building consists of two objects interconnected by a connecting neck. The ground floor of the building with a flat roof is used as a restaurant. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Public entrance is from the southern side. The entrance for the staff and the supply will be from the east side. Facilities for staff and technical facilities there is in the northern part of the building. On the second floor there is an office, a meeting room and a training room for the Czech fishing union. In the second object with a gabled roof is an apartment for a fishing man and a shop with small fishing equipment. There is also a showers and toilets for the disabled. The technical background is situated in the attic. The house is based on strips foudations. Vertical loadbearing structures above ground are made of Porotherm system, external walls of the basement are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Building is insulated. Part of the external wall finish are made of silicone plaster and part of it consists of ventilated facade with timber cladding.

The project is working on a complete documentationon of family house with attic at the documentation for a building construction. The family house is designed for four family members. Built-up area is 185,3m. Roof is gabled with skylight. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Heluz. The proposal places emphasis on the static solution, building layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Dawings have been processed in software for design – Nemetschek Allplan.
Family house at the farm

The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation of a family farmhouse. The project documentation is intended for building permit. The family house will be located in region of Vysočina, municipality of Luka nad Jihlavou and cadastral area of Luka nad Jihlavou. The building is situated in moderate steep terrain. Important goal is complex effect of the building and its merging with surrounding environment and with designed area of the other farm buildings as well. The house is consisting of two housing units. The main housing unit is designed for family of four members and the second unit is designed as housing for guests. The building is designed as masonry construction with two floors above ground and one floor below ground. For vertical structures above ground is HELUZ system used and for vertical structures below ground is permanent formwork used. Horizontal structures partly consist from SPIROLL ceiling system and partly from wooden ceiling structures. For construction of the roof, which is designed as gabled roof with built-in trapezoid dormers, is KM Beta roof system used.

The theme of diploma thesis is a new building of the mountain guest house with restaurant. The location of object is quiet part of village Lipová-lázně – Dolní Lipová, district Jeseník. The building has two floors, a partial basement and an attic. Accommodation is designed for 31 hotel guests. In guest house is also private accommodation for employers. The main material of bearing walls are ceramic fittings. The building is based on the passports of plain concrete. The roof is gabled with a dormer window in all of attic rooms.

The subject of the thesis is a newly built one-storey building with loft over parts of the floor plan in Mezice. The proposal respects both local plan, and existing structures. The house will be used for housing a family of four. It was built in an L-shaped. Near the house is a detached garage for one car. The main living rooms of the house are oriented to the south. The vertical structure is formed of ceramic blocks with the cavities filled with a thermal insulator. The ceilings are made up ceramics-concrete half-prefabricated system of beam and inserts. House has two types of roofing. It is a traditional pitched roof and flat roof.
