Prices of constructions applied in landscape engineering projects
Kašová, Michaela ; Podhrázská,, Jana (referee) ; Tichá, Alena (advisor)
Thesis theme is Prices buildings in the landscape engineering projects. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the concepts that appear in the practical part. In the second part is illustrated in the example shown computation overhead, comparing several types of prices that were created using a decoupling of the program, and create cards budgetary indicators for the catalog cost indicators of common facilities landscaping.
Valuation of building construction in Russia
Zlobina, Daria ; Horalík, Jan (referee) ; Marková, Leonora (advisor)
The main aim of this master’s thesis is to find out the extent of costs for construction in CZ and Russia. Costs for the construction were calculated according to the conditions in CZ an according to the conditions in Russia. There were made analysis of differences in construction works, which shows the biggest difference. Costs were determined in crowns for particular line of construction works calculation according to the ordinary calculation pattern which is using in CZ. Conversion of costs from Russian currency (RUB) to CZK was made with an actual currency course. The consequence of the work is analysis and evaluation of difference of construction costs.

The budget fot the award of public works contracts
Kulich, Jan ; Comorek, Martin (referee) ; Marková, Leonora (advisor)
This master's thesis follows up a theme of budgeting for valuation of public construction contracts. It examines in details how to draw up a budget and optimize it to the concrete public construction contract. The thesis is structured in three fundamental chapters. The opening chapter describes theoretical grounds of public construction contracts from the contractor's point of view. Also basic methods how to draw up a budget are described in the first chapter. The second chapter covers a description of a systematic approach how to draw up a cost effective budget, throughout structural cost saving activities. In the third chapter the systematic approach is put in place on concrete public construction contract. The goal of the thesis is to draw up a competitive budget which won't be rejected from the competition for its exceptionally low price at the same time.
Aggregate prices of building structures
Anovčín, Josef ; Šmahel, Milan (referee) ; Marková, Leonora (advisor)
For a simplified calculation of the price of work I propose methodology of creating aggregated items, so that to calculate the price of an object wouldn´t take not more than one hour, while the final price would be with the least deviation from the exercise price. The accuracy and performance will be assessed on two objects. Their price will be calculated and based on the proposed methodology.
Mobile IPv6 handover analysis
Klügl, Richard ; Hošek, Jiří (referee) ; Skořepa, Michal (advisor)
This master’s thesis is focused on IP mobility support for mobile users and their devices in IPv6-based wireless networks. Then the Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) protocol was proposed for this purpose and that is also the main objective of the thesis. This consists of several basic sections and is organized as follows: The first one deals with the overview of the function of Mobile IP, which enables the mobility of nodes around the Internet, without a change of their original IP address. Moreover there are introduced the primary differences between MIPv6 and its previous version – i.e., MIPv4, proposed for IPv4-based environment. The second chapter of the master’s thesis thereafter describes detailed information about all the most important mechanisms and features of Mobile IPv6 and this way tries to explain principles of its functioning. Further the thesis analyses some of proposed MIPv6 extensions – i.e., Hierarchical Mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6), Mobile IPv6 Fast Handover (FMIPv6) a Fast Handover for HMIPv6 (F-HMIPv6) protocols, and mainly aim at signaling process during the handover of a mobile node. In the last main section of the master’s thesis an analytical method to evaluate the performance of IPv6-based mobility management protocols was proposed. Subsequently, this method is applied on the protocols which were mentioned above and are studied the effects of various network parameters on the performance of these protocols.
Cost optimization of construction
Prak, Michal ; Waclawiec, Karel (referee) ; Tichá, Alena (advisor)
This thesis will address optimization of price of construction work, which is the renewal and modernization of a building in Karvina - mainly facades. From a price optimization programs will be used BuildPower from RTS and KROSplus from URS. As input materials will be used an itemized budget and the income statement from a specific building supply company.
