Presented document worked out as the part of bachelor study B2339-00 Mechanical Engineering deals with new trends in processing of coated metal sheets. With consideration of available literature are introduced issues of surface treatment, cutting, bending, drawing and spinning of altered sheets including also the descriptions of some machines which apply these technologies.

The project solved in the framework of Bachelor´s studies presents a proposal of the technology and production arrangement of a holder – piece of steel 11 320.0. The estimated series production is 1 000 000 pieces ar year. The thesis describes the manufacturing operations sheet metal cutting, bending and surface treatment. Processual cutting tool used standardized parts and should be treated as a simple assembly clamped to the press LENR 40-A (manufacturer ŠMERAL Trnava, Slovakia with a nominal shearing force 400 kN), which is also used for the bending operation realized on a simple bending tool, clamped also in the form of a stand in the same kind of press.

Technology for bending thin-walled tube of cooper

Bachalor's thesis is concerned with issues of cutting and bending the thin-walled pipes which are produce from Cu-DHP material by EN12735-2. Thesis is also concerned with banding tool. There is designed banding tool for thin-walled copper pipes in the U form. Thesis contains calculations, drawing of banding tool and experiment with the tensile and bending tests of thin-walled pipes in the U form.

Milan Dvořák, CSc. _______________________________________________________________ The project developed within the framework of the bachelor degree programme, subject of study B2307-00 Manufacturing Technology, submits a bending technology proposal for a part with multiple bends. The bachelor thesis presents a theory overview related to the forming operations comprising bending, a selection of suitable alternatives for the manufacture of the given part and the production sequence for this part. The design of the bending tool is made in accordance with valid engineering standards for forming operations. As the basis for production the project includes manufacturing drawings of the punch and lower die and the drawing of the bending tool assembly. Technical and economic evaluation and conclusions in respect of the proposed technology constitute a part of the project.

Analýza vad vzniklých při strojním ohýbání bukových hranolků

This thesis analyzes the conditions and parameters entering the selected operations while bending beech scantlings. Then it deals with the requirements for the properties and quality of the material. The analysis was performed on the plasticization steaming operation and the bending operation on the bending machine with rotating core. It also describes a clarifies the effect of selected factors on the origin and nature of the defects. The measurements and observations were carried out at the factory Ton plc. The general conclusions confronted with the literature concerned with the topic in the past were inferred in the end of the thesis.

The object of the diploma paper "The comparison of business valuation methods DCF and EVA" is to realize a theoretical confrontation of income approach methods of Discounted Cash Flow (including its all versions: entity, equity and APV) and Economic Value Added, and also to apply all of the methods to valuate a company and their consequent reconciliation. The study is focusing on cases when the methods should be equivalent and when they may differ.

Cílem diplomové práce je ocenit společnost Metrostav a.s. prostřednictvím metody DCF ve variantě EVA a DCF ve variantě FCFF. Vlastnímu ocenění předchází popis teoretické stránky problematiky, která byla zpracována. Práce obsahuje strategickou, finanční a SWOT analýzu, které představují základ pro sestavení finančního plánu. Ten se stává prostředkem, který umožňuje vypočíst volné peněžní toky, které jsou nezbytné pro oceňovací proces.

Analýza toku prázdných přepravních prostředků ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s.

Diplomová práce měla za úkol zmapovat současný tok prázdných palet a na základě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout řešení. Nejprve byla provedena analýza současného stavu a bylo identifikováno několik slabých míst. Byly navrženy tři varianty řešení situace. První variantou bylo zavedení automatické identifikace: označení palet radiofrekvenčními štítky a sledování toku palet pomocí čtecích průjezdových bran. Další variantou byl systém automatické rezervace palet. Třetí variantou byla centralizace prázdných palet. Vzhledem k tomu, že tato varianta řešila většinu identifikovaných problémů a zároveň ji bylo možné realizovat za dodržení podmínek okamžité aplikovatelnosti a minimálních investičních nákladů, byla tato varianta podrobněji rozpracována. Všechny navržené varianty byly podrobeny vícekriteriálnímu hodnocení. Za nejvhodnější z uvažovaného souboru navržených variant, na základě principu praktické dominance, byla zvolena třetí varianta.
