The bachelor thesis deals with project documentation of residential building for four members family. The house is situated in the South Moravian Region in the village of Pavlov, cadastral territory of Dolní Věstonice. The building is designed as a timbered construction. The vertical constructions are designed as a massive timbered walls and horizontal constructions are designed as wood-beamed ceilings. The main object is covered with a gable roof. Adjacent buildings - garage and terrace are both roofed shed roof . Construction of pitched roof is purlin system with collar beams.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the project documentation of the design of the new Family house with solicitor's office. This house is situated in ezimovo Ústí. Design and appendix´s were made by the present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is placed in ground plot number 133/19, the land cadastre of Sezimovo Ústí. The building object is designated for family houses area. Next to the building plot carry underground services. In the building object is owner occupancy and solicitor's office for 2-4 employes. Owner´s flat is in first and second floor. Building has three floors and floor plan 16,16 x 11,66 m on final grade. The carrying systém is from hollow building brick. The building has gable roof.

Bachelor’s thesis solves newly built separately standing family house in Prague, Stresovice. This thesis aims to develop a project documentation for construction of the building. The new house is intended for a family of four members for a year-round use with the possibility of a temporary stay of visitors. One part of the house is a double garage. It has two aboveground floors and an underground floor. The building is bricked, made of ceramic blocks Heluz and has a gable roof. It is situated in a sloping terrain.

Its vertical structural construction is made up by formwork system Velox, the material of slab is reinforced concrete and attic is created by plasterboard dropped ceiling. The roof is wooden, gable and its slope is 40°.

Roofing above the living area is done by a gabled roof and above a garage is constreucted single-layer flat roof. Layout of 6+KK corresponds to the proposal for a family of 4 members. The house is possible to enter from the north-west side. By entering the vestibule we can get into the technical room, or across the hall to separate WC and sauna. It is also possible to get in from the hallway into a spacious living room connected with kitchen and dining room. Stair space is allowed access to the second floor where there are two children's bedrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room, a guest room and shared bathroom with WC.There is garage for one car. It is a wooden building of large-size panels NOVATOP.

The topic of my bachleor thesis is a Family house. In my thesis I am mostly dealing with the project documentation for construction of the new building. House is suitable for family with four members. It is located in urban area where construction of other family houses in Staré Hradiště takes place. The terrain is slightly inclined towards the north. The house is a two storey-building of a rectangular floor plan and has partial basement. Beside the house is a garage of rectangular floor plan, that has one shared wall with the house. The building is constructed out of ceramic blocks Porotherm, ceilings are also constructed in the Porotherm system. Between floors is designed monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. The building has a gable roof with inclination of 25 ° and its loadbearing structure is purlin wooden roof.
