Selection and recruitment of employees in chosen company

This bachelor thesis deals with selection and recruitment of employees in selected company. In theoretical part of this thesis I define fundamental terms of human resources management. I particularly focus on acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees, which are one of the most important things that every single company has to deal with. I gained theoretical knowledge from a professional literature. In practical part of this thesis I analyze and describe system of selection and recruitment of employees in s. n. o. p. cz a. s. Further, I did an interview and present its findings. The conclusion of this part contains an evaluation of the hiring process and suggestions to improve that process in this company.

The aim of this master´s thesis is to analyze the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the chosen company to identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to increase the effectiveness of this process. The master´s thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the essential terms and provides basic solutions for the issue of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part presents the selected company, evaluates the process of recruitment and selection of employees and presents suggestions to improve the functioning of the whole process. The practical part also includes a survey, which examines employee satisfaction with recruiting and selecting new personnel.

The main goal of my thesis is to gain valuable information from master's degree students at the University of Economics, Prague, which the company Staropramen will be able to use effectively for better advertising their Trainee Program. To meet this goal, I chose the method of the survey. In theoretical part, I introduce the opportunity and particular methods of process of recruitment and selection of employee to the students and I briefly describe the term "Training and development programs for graduates" or Trainee Programs. In practical part, I will give information about Staropramen and especially about their Trainee Program to the students. The students will be able to create their own opinion on the difficulty of the selection procedure and the progress of this particular Trainee Program. This section also contains the result of each questions of the survey, confirming or refuting the previously defined hypotheses, and final recommendation for the company Staropramen.

The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the analysis of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in a particular company. The aim of this thesis is to analyse these processes in the particular company, with detailed focus on the position of Call centre operator. There will be a suggestion to optimize the processes of recruitment and selection of employees based on the analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the terminology of the recruitment and selection of employees. In the practical part of the thesis there is a description of the chosen company, position and the analysis of the practise of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees used in the company. These practises are subsequently evaluated and in the end there is a suggestion to optimize these processes concluded.

The theme of this thesis focuses on the area of personnel management, which is an indispensable part of the functioning of organizations. This theme includes recruitment, selection and adaptation process of employees at NAPA TRUCKS, spol. s.r.o. It focuses on analyzing the procedures and practices of the company and based on theoretical knowledge by designing practices to improve recruitment, selection and adaptation process of employees. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical. The second part contains the description of current practices and for each section makes recommendations for improvement. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the Pacovské strojírny, joint-stock company, identify its strengths and weaknesses and propose measures to improve its effectiveness. Furthermore, via questionnaire survey to determine attitude and satisfaction of workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in this company. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic terms and solutions concerning particular problems of recruitment and selection of employees. In the introduction of the practical part there is the company characterization, including its history, the company bodies, employees and department of human resources. Subsequently it is followed by an analysis of recruitment and selection of employess, a formulation of its strengths and weaknesses and a proposition of measures which could lead to its eventual improvement. In last part the questionnaire survey is evaluated, which examines the attitude and satisfaction of the workers with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in the company.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of different recruitment and selection methods of new employees; the thesis evaluates modern methods of recruitment and selection of candidates used in recruitment agency CPL Jobs and provides suggestions for improving of the process within the agency. The aim of this thesis is to examine the process of recruitment and selection of new employees as a key component of modern approaches of personnel management, to describe the tools for achieving efficient process and submit their own proposals for improving its effectiveness. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the process of recruitment and selection of qualified manpower, describes different methods of recruitment and selection of employees in recruitment agency. The practical part is based on personal experience and contains the analysis of current situation of using different sources and methods of recruitment and selection of new candidates in recruitment agency CPL Jobs and submits its improvement and further enhancement of the effectiveness.

This thesis deals with the issue of human resource management and it is focused on a general description of HR processes of recruitment and selection of staff. It also captures the essence of the recruitment and selection of employees, and identifies conditions that must be observed for making this system is effective. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first, theoretical part, there are defined the keywords and described the processes and methods of recruitment and selection of employees. In the second, the practical part, there is introduced company X, the structure of its employees and the system of recruitment and selection of employees, which is established in the company. The system is at this place analyzed and compared with the generally accepted theoretical principles. With the questionnaire survey there is also examined satisfaction of employees with the company's process of recruitment and selection of staff. In conclusion of the thesis, the system of recruitment and selection of employees is appraised and there are highlighted its strengths and proposed measures for its improvement.

Subject of this thesis is the problematic of personnel management focusing on the area of attracting and choosing employees. Theoretical part of this thesis is orientated on recruitment and selection of workforce and different methods of these procedures. This part has been written as a recherche of the literature. Practical part of the thesis focuses on concrete activities of recruitment and selection of workforce in company called TECHNOGYM., Ltd. The result of description and analysis of individual personal activities is the suggestion and recommendation for improvement and optimalization of this process. The aim of this thesis is to propose solutions which could help TECHNOGYM to recruit the most appropriate candidates from the labor market that would fit to demands of required work positions and so help to the most effective running of the company.
