Effect of productivity of the environment on the relationships between species in plant community
LISNER, Aleš
The effect of productivity on light penetration and diversity of meadow communities has been studied on three spatial scales in an observation study. The fertilization effect on the growth dynamics of individual species has been studied in a manipulative experiment.
Illumination parlours
JELÍNEK, Radek
The thesis is concerned with measurement of the level of illumination in milking parlours for cows and staff. The theoretical part focuses on light, types of light sources, illumination, welfare of animals, dairy cow breeding, types of milking and kinds of milking parlours. The practical part deals with the characteristics of companies, measured milking parlours and the scheme of each milking parlour. The work includes own measurement of illumination in particular milking parlours. First measurement was made in trigone milking parlour Měcholupské zemědělské a.s. headquartered in Předslav. Second measurement was taken in herringbone milking parlour of Agricultural business cooperative Kolinec in centre Malonice. Third measurement was taken in tandem milking parlour on Karel Macán farm, located in Všeruby at Kdyně. Measured values were processed, compared and evaluated according to ČSN EN 12 464-1 Light and Illumination.
Lighting in cattle farming
TRETERA, Jakub
This bachelor's thesis pursues the measuring of the lighting in stable buildings for cattle farming. The theoretical part is focused on light, lighting, lights, welfare of cattle and technology of cattle farming. In the practical part is given the characteristic of the measured objects (the scheme of buildings, the type of stabling, the lighting) and the real measuring of lighting in chosen stalls. The first measuring took place in the stall for milk cows on the family Bůžek's farm. The second measuring took place in the stall for fattening of bulls and heifers on the cooperative farm Podkleťan. The measured values were compared and evaluated according to the hold legislation. Hodnocení parametrů osvětlení na inseminační stanici kanců
Pecinová, Hana
The thesis aims to evaluate hygienic standard of boars breeding which is the base for good reproductive skills achievement. In relation to the quality of the semen, the lighting parameters play significant role among the microclimate conditions. In this experiment the light intensity was evaluated at weekly intervals from March 2012 to March 2013, in ISK Velké Meziříčí. 88 boar breeds were put into the experiment -- duroc, danish duroc and landrace. Light intensity was evaluated in relation to the parameters of sperm quality, which are: motility (%), semen volume (ml), sperm concentration (thousand.ml-1) and the proportion of sperm with pathological changes (%). The analysis of collected data showed statistically significant light effect on the ejaculate quality (P=0,001). When the light intensity have been growing (65,7 lx), the capacity and portion of pathological changes decreased (to 231,3 ml from 279,7 ml and 8,7 % from 9,6 %), while the concentration increased (426,8 thousand.ml-1 from 346,2 thousand.ml-1) in opposite to lower level of light intensity (52,3 lx). During summer the overall quality decreased, which can be caused by both, the intensity of light but also the thermal stress factor.
Influence of environmental factors on stomatal development in epidermis of Arabidopsis thaliana - signal trasduction.
HOŠTIČKOVÁ, Irena
The stomatal function and genetically based regulation of their number are interesting and important subjects of scientific research. Stomatal density on plant leaf surface is affected also by environmental factors, e.g. atmospheric CO2 concentration and irradiance (PAR). These two factors have common affect ? leaf internal CO2 concentration (Ci) in the leaf can be changed. The question might be if the Ci is the signal for expression of genes controlling stomatal development. According to the hypothesis which this thesis is based on I proposed an increase of expression of positive regulator STOMAGEN in the case when Ci is reduced. The expression of STOMAGEN was increased in plants with Ci decreased by higher PAR in contrast with plants where the Ci was decreased by adding of abscisic acid into nutrient solution. These results show no dependence of STOMAGEN expression on inner CO2 concentration.
Intimate illumination
TICHÁČKOVÁ, Barbora
The Work in the first half deals with the theory of light, answering the question what the light is. It thus encompasses the physical study of light. A large part is also devoted to optics and its history. In the second half of the work we can find chapters that deal with the issue of light in art, accordingly the light as an expressive element of art and also the development of composition of light in the history of visual culture. Not even the theme of light in photography was left out and that is together with the drawing techniques the base of the practical part of this thesis. The analysis concludes with a case study which deals with the composition of light in the medium of drawing.
Fascination by Light
MÁČOVÁ, Nina
The theoretical part includes sections on various theories light and colors concepts in relation to the historical context. It also deals with topics that are directly related to light, such as shading, lighting, etc., and their symptoms in art, painting, glass, mosaic and glass windows. The practical part is trying to capitalize on the knowledge gained in the file author's books as light objects. For those is attention focused mainly on specific features of various materials and their effect on humans in conjunction with the light.
Vegetative propagation of selected \kur{Paphiopedilum} species \kur{in vitro}
ROULE, Zdeněk
This thesis represents an initial stage of a study focused on vegetative propagation of \kur{Paphiopedilum} species \kur{in vitro}. The aim of the study is to assess various concetration of TDZ in media and conditions of cultivation for the vegetative propagation of selected \kur{Paphiopedilum} species \kur{in vitro}. This work contains a review of botanical characteristics of the species used, the description of methods, the design, results and discussion of two preliminary experiments.
Anabaena - Phenotypic and genotypic diversity of planktonic strains in fishponds and reservoirs of the Czech Republic
ZAPOMĚLOVÁ, Eliška
Morphological diversity of 61 Anabaena populations of 13 morphospecies was described under the field conditions of Czech fishponds and reservoirs. Polyphasic approach was then applied in classification of 45 clonal strains isolated from those populations. Detailed morphological analyses were performed and partial 16S rRNA gene sequences were obtained for 33 of the strains, and secondary metabolite production was evaluated in 20 strains. Plasticity of morphological characteristics under varied conditions of light, temperature, nitrogen and phosphorus was studied in selected strains, as well as their temperature and light growth requirements. The results were then discussed with respect to the delimitation of single Anabaena morphospecies. A new genus Sphaerospermum was defined for the morphospecies Anabaena kisseleviana, A. reniformis and Aphanizomenon aphanizomenoides, whose phenotypic and genotypic features differed considerably from all other Anabaena morphospecies. Unique information was provided on the occurrence and distribution of A. reniformis and Aph. aphanizomenoides in the Czech Republic.
