Vliv hnojení močovinou a UreaStabil na výnos a kvalitu brambor
Pospíšilová, Markéta
The aim of my diploma thesis was to evaluate the effect of different doses of urea and UreaStabil fertilization on yield, tuber size and quality of potato tubers. A field experiment was carried out at the research station Valečov (Valkom Ltd.), the branch of the Potato Research Institute in Havlíčkův Brod during the years 2013 and 2014. Seven variants of fertilization were monitored in four repetitions of various doses of nitrogen fertilizer application as urea and UreaStabil and were compared to the unfertilized check variant. Two potato varieties, each with different lenght of the growing season, an early Karin and mid-early Red Anna, were used for comparison.
Uplatnění močoviny s inhibitorem ureázy při hnojení brambor
Musilová, Ludmila
The focus of the dissertation thesis called "The use of urea with urease inhibitor in the fertilisation of potatoes" was on the effect of nitrogenous fertilisation with urea and urea with urease inhibitor NBPT (urea stabil) on changes in the content of Nmin in the soil and in nutrients available post-harvest, tuber yields, starch content, macro-elements N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Cd in tubers and tops, content of essential and non-essential amino acids in tubers. To complete the experiment we established a pot trial without the plant where we monitored in regular intervals for 24 days the effect of urea, urea with urease inhibitor (urea stabil) and ammonium nitrate with limestone on changes of the content of Nmin and on the individual forms of nitrogen in the soil. The field trial was conducted at the School Farm in Žabčice (south Moravia; maize-growing region) with potato varieties Karin and Red Anna. The trial involved 7 fertilisation treatments: 1) 100 % urea; 2) 80 % urea; 3) 60 % urea; 4) 100 % urea stabil; 5) 80 % urea stabil; 6) 60 % urea stabil; 7) unfertilised mineral treatment (control). A pot trial was established in the laboratory of Mendel University in Brno using 4 treatments of fertilisation: 1) unfertilised (control); 2) ammonium nitrate with limestone - LAV; 3) urea; 4) urea stabil.
Dietary supplements in sport nutrition and possibilities of monitoring their effect on efficiency of sportsman.
Vlčková, Lenka ; Hrstka, Miroslav (referee) ; Vránová, Dana (advisor)
This work deals with dietary supplements intake and its impact on the performance rise and muscle mass growth of bodybuilders. Twenty-five students (bodybuilders) were chosen for the purpose of this survey; they were divided into four groups according to the dosage of creatine and other dietary supplements (proteins and maltodextrine). Changes of the measured parameters (weight; bustline; weistline; limb girth; body lipid content; creatine and urea content in the urine) were compared during the survey. The tested dietary supplements impact on the muscle mass growth was evaluated on the basis of the acquired results.
Technology of Selective Catalytic Reduction
Kudlík, Michael ; Janoušek, Michal (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on technology of selective catalytic reduction. The technology was created as a result of introduction of strict emission limits which manufacturers with this technology reach. First part of this thesis deal with the composition of the exhaust gases, where are dismembered the various elements, and then are given here the European emission limits. Then is thesis focused on ways of reducing emissions of diesel engines which describes the function of exhaust gas recirculation and a function of selective catalytic reduction. Then are described development systems selective catalytic reduction. The conclusion consists of the use and application of Automobile Manufacturers.
Emission Levels for Tractor Engines
Vaško, Roman ; Beran, Martin (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the emission standards of tractor engines. There is a tightening of standards in recent year generally. The former part of the thesis contains description of specific pollutants that are exhaled into the air. The second part is focused on newly presented Tier 4i standards (Stage IV). The third part includes technologies, which provide engines to meet new regulations. The last chapters deal with an overview of the largest manufacturers of tractors, including Zetor, and their approach to emissions.
Reaction of selected potato varieties to foliar application of urea and bitter salt
HENŽEL, Vít
The effects of foliage nutrition facilitate efficient and immediate supply of nutrient needs during the vegetation period. The objective of this thesis is to assess the effects of foliage application of magnesium sulfate and urea for potatoes, that are intended for processing into starch production. There were two sorts of potatoes with different vegetation period under study, an early variety called as Bernard and semi-late variety called as Ornella. The foliage fertilizers were applied in three different variants. In the first variant the sorts of potatoes were fertilized by solution of magnesium sulfate, in the second variant by solution of urea and in the third variant the solution of magnesium sulfate and urea was used. The assessment of the experiment consists of yield on tubers, contain of the starch, yield on starch, the average amount of tubers per tuft, the average weight of tubers and profitability of used foliage fertilizers. In the year under the study the increased yield on tubers and on starch was detected in all three used variants. Both sorts of potatoes showed the best results when the solution of bitter salt and urea was applied. The increased yield on starch was reached through the increased yield on tubers preserving the high contain of starch. The yield of starch increased by 8 % in the semi-late variety of potatoes Ornella. The early variety of potato Bernard showed the increase of yield on starch by 14%.
Vliv jízdního režimu nákladního vozidla na spotřebu vodného roztoku močoviny v systému selektivní katalytické redukce
Marek, Vít
This thesis titled Impact of driving mode on urea consumption describes the influence between different drive modes and conditions of urea injection into the selective catalytic reduction system. The first half of the thesis deals with the theoretical part. Introduction deals with the theory of formation of harmful pollution in exhaust emissions, the effects of pollutants and legislative regulations. There are also explained key parts of different systems, reduction of harmful exhaust gas components . The main emphasis is put on the selective catalytic reduction. Other chapters are devoted to the methodology and testing procedures . The aim of this thesis is a presentation of the system regulation, its pros and cons under various operational modes.
Non-protein nitrogen substances in cow´s milk
VONDRA, Vojtěch
The purpose of this work is a characterisation of non-protein nitrogenous substances in cow's milk. The work is a summary of information from various sources. Main component of non-protein nitrogenous substances in cow´s milk is urea. Content of urea has impact to life cow´s. He has impact to milk industry too. Urea has connecting with lactations, with ration feed and with another factors. Urea of milk is good index to asses internal and external conditions to each.
Seasonal dynamics of selected blood parametres of selected flesh breeds of sheep bred in foothills conditions
ŽÁČKOVÁ, Klára
Sheep breeding is nowadays a developing branch of agriculture again. There is a lot of different breed and they react distinctly on the same conditions of the enviroment. Sheep of breeds charollais, suffolk, šumavská ovce and valaška bred in similar conditions were observed in spring and autumn of years 2007 and 2008. In these seasons were taking blood samples (from {$\pm$}7{--}24) ewes and lambs and were analyzed in hematology laboratory. There were determined haemoglobin level, haematocrit indicator, erytrocytes and leucocytes levels, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides levels, urea and plasmatic proteins, activity of ALP and GMT enzymes, phosphor, calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper levels. The main objective of this project was determine seasonal changes in observed parametres. Next objectives were determine different changes in blood parametres in different breeds and different aimes of breeds. There were recognized that all the observed breeds don`t react the same way on similar conditions. There were not provably determined seasonal changes in observed parametres, but average Hb level was higher in autumn than in spring. Urea level was conversely higher in spring season than in autumn. The demostrable fact is, that the similar conditions induce different answers not only in different breeds but also in different aimes of breeds.
