The work involves technical report building equipment, technological instruction for selected activities, inspection and test plans, design of mechanical assemblies, transport links, schedule of health and safety, as well as environmental protection, itemized project budget and timetable.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a roof construction for a building used as an administrative centre at the Černá hora brewery. The attachments provide a solution in forms of a wooden roof frame and a flat roof constructed from tie beams. The thesis contains the technological procedures for constructing both variants of roofing, principles according to which is the construction organised, safety and health measures taken on the construction site, design of the mechanical assembly, time plan, controlling and testing plans for both variants and construction details.

The work also addresses the principles governing the organization of construction, dealing with the quality of the construction, economics and duration of construction.

The content of this work is the implementation of the technological phases of gross superstructure multipurpose building in Brno. The building serves for administrative purpose predominantly. This thesis contains construction and technology report, technology report of storage and residential, proposal of mechanical assembly, technological prescription for monolithic core structure, report of healthand safety on the construction site, technology report description transportation, inspection and test plan and environmental plan. Budget and time schedule is contained in supplements. In pursuance of second task, the thesis compares financial and time point of view of two technologies of making stairways.
