The Primary aim of this bachelor work was reached by using quantitative and qualitative market research. For quantitative research was used questionnaire inquiry, questions quoted in the questionnaire were answered by 109 informants. Detailed study was done for qualitative research. Gathered data were used for final recommendation of improvements.

The main aim of my Bachelor{\crq}s thesis was to suggest innovations in the e-shop known as Profess Consulting s.r.o. Those innovations were based upon the analysis of the current state of using marketing tools in this chosen retail subject. The analysis of the current state was done by studying the literature, creating and distributing a questionnaire and through guided interviews with the manager of this e-shop. When this analysis was completed, I was able give some recommendations for the improvement of the current state of this chosen e-shop. It{\crq}s necessary to simplify the running of this e-shop and create better goodwill.

The main task of my bachelor{\crq}s thesis has been to make an analysis of marketing tools in a chosen retail. And suggest any improvements based on obtained information. Required information has been gained in Quelle clothing retail, which is located in Jemnice town. The second task of this bachelor{\crq}s thesis has been an analysis of utilization of marketing tools state in fifty retail subjects. I{\crq}ve carried out this analysis by interviews in Jemnice town and its surroundings. I{\crq}ve processed results into coding format from which the graphs, has been created.

This Diploma{\crq}s thesis deals with analysis of promotion product and its distribution with regard to competition. The thesis has been created on the basis of the PROGRESS sportswear Company request, which produces and sells functional sportswear. The tools of the promotional mix, the cities, and the brands for the survey were selected by the PROGRESS sportswear Company. The necessary information has been collected through surveys in the selected cities. The data regarding promotion have been ascertained by question-forms, interviews and from additional information sources. Based on the results of the study, the PROGRESS sportswear Company will be provided with potentional actions that should lead to the increased knowledge of the PROGRESS sportswear Company products.

Situation analysis makes and the conditions of development the area of commercial services define. The description of microregion was conducted mainly from secondary sources. Subsequently, primary data was obtained from a survey, interviews with the mayors and my own observations. The questionnaire investigation was carried out on the microregion Tábor in these municipalities: Sezimovo Ústí, Planá nad Lužnicí, Chýnov, Radenín, Radimovice u Želče, Turovec and Vlčeves.

My bachelor´s work is focused on the assumptions of commercial services development in the microregion Podkletí. The first part of work contains a literature survey, where the conceptions of commercial services and microregion are explained. In the next section the market research was carried out, where was composed of two part: checklists with businessmen and talks with mayors. Then the situational and SWOT analysis was carried out. The final outcome of my work is determination of the the assumptions of commercial services development in the microregion Podkletí.

In the diploma work I engaged in goods in retail and in problematical situations of sale in accounting and tax connections. Mayor objective of the diploma work is making out a list of problems which are connected with sale of goods. Other objective is sorting of this problems and looking for their methods of solution, which correspond to valid regulations and pracitce of trade. The theoretic part of the diploma work is divided into two thematic areas. In first area are analysed problematical situations of goods in retail. In second area are analysed accounting and tax connections of goods. In the practical part of the diploma work is the list of problems which are connected with sale of goods with their solutions.
Retail Accounting Dealing With Sale Groceries and Producing Delicatessen

Bachelor thesis is focused on retail accounting specificity concerning sale groceries and producing delicatessen. The aim of this work is the identification of specificity which defines mainly expiration date, which shows stocks accounting, problem of stocks record and tax problems. Theoretical part deals with the accounting history and present time, its gist and functions, with stocks recording which is very demanding and useful. There are various ways of stocks accounting, acquisition and evaluation. Practical part is aimed at particular retail accounting, its description, processing system of accounting long term property and stocks. Stocks include great part of this thesis, because its record is demanding and needed. In retail with grocery specialties, big range and high turnover of goods are essentials exact and simple stocks recording. By delicatessen production the producer guarantees specifics of groceries mostly 24 hours. It means that all of production must be dispatched in the same day. If not it can get to big losses which decrease profit. The internal part of business is stocks recording. By stock recording a method which does not depend on turnover and assortment of store items should be used. The great part of stock recording forms goods overevaluation, in case, expiration date finish off.
