Sopůšek, Lubomír ; Kamenský, Petr (referee) ; Jaroš, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor theses is description of current thermal insulating materials by energetic aspect and subsequent comparison of the costs of acquisition. There is also included method of assessment and list of advantages and disadvantages of each material.
Heat storage in solar thermal systems
Sedmidubský, Petr ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with heat storage in solar thermal systems. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the solar energy. The problems with its use are described in this part. The second part is devoted to solar thermal systems. Various types and designs of solar thermal systems are described in this part. The third part of thesis is devoted to the various types of solar thermal systems. The principle of their operation, advantages, disadvantages and the possibility of their practical use for each type is describe in this part.
Heat pumps for heating and hot service water preparation
Valášek, Martin ; Hrnčířová, Michaela (referee) ; Kracík, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is aimed to describe heating and water warming in the detached houses by basic technical devices and there are suggested various types of heat pumps for a particular object. These heat pumps are compared technically and economically. In the beginning of the thesis there is a summary of the possible ways of the house heating and water warming systems, such as heating by electric power, by gas, by solid fuel or the centrally distributed heating. Then the thesis concentrates on heat pumps. There are described various types of heat pumps, also their advantages and disadvantages. There were chosen four main types of heat pumps – air/water, air/air, water/water and earth/water – and with each type there’s constructed a plan for a low-energy house heating. This house is located in Vyškov and there’s thermal loss of 6 kWh and water-warming of a capacity of 260 l per day. At last there were used economical calculations, which shown, that the water/water heat pump has the shortest return rate in comparison with a gas-using heating system – 5 years. Considering the lifespan of the heat pumps – 10-20 years – all the heat pumps are profitable except for the air/air heat pump. The investment in this heat pump doesn’t return.
Air to water heat pumps
Špatenka, Jindřich ; Weismanová, Júlia (referee) ; Hejčík, Jiří (advisor)
Topic of the bachelor thesis are heat pumps air - water. The first part deals with the principle of heat pump and development since the inception to the present day, as well as a brief indication of other types of heat pumps and their adventages and disadvantages. In the next part are selected heat pumps from different manufacturers achieved by heating factors, performance and other parameters. Followed by used circuits of heat pumps. In the third section are described the component parts of heat pumps and their distribution.
Building insulation influence on heat consumption
Langer, Jiří ; Košner, Jan (referee) ; Hejčík, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this work is to study heat consumption and to specify real savings of heat after applying thermal insulation. These real savings will be compared with the savings, which were theoretically quantified. Main part of this thesis studies different types of thermal insulation and ways of applying of the thermal insulation. The histogram, which shows savings from settlement units at Vinohrady, Líšeň, Kamenný vrch and Slatina is also part of the thesis. Schema, which shows tendency of correct, ordinary and incorrect thermal insulation can be also found in this work. We analyze teoretical solution of savings on street Oblá no. 56 with real measurements.
Heatin of blocks of flets
Kubiš, Richard ; Dvořák, Radek (referee) ; Kermes, Vít (advisor)
This work has a recherche character treats of different ways of heating in blocks of flats. In the first part are described suitable fuels for heating. This is followed with an overview of heating systems with describtion their advantages and disadvantages. In the account is also taken localization of heating unit with respect to the energetical point of view. In this part are also mentioned cogeneration systems. The second part concerns legislature of the Czech republic refering to the heating of flats and shows the way of heating expenses division among flats.
Heat storage in solar thermal systems
Mokriš, Lukáš ; Hejčík, Jiří (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
In this bachelor’s thesis are described methods of heat storage in solar thermal systems. Solar energy is retrieved in form of solar radiation, that is processed and stored in the form of sensible heat of solid materials and liquids, as heat of fusion of some material or as chemical heat, which is created during reversible chemical reactions.
Aircraft air-conditioning systems
Lednický, Ondřej ; Horák, Marek (referee) ; Třetina, Karel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the aircraft air-conditioning systems, their functions and basic tasks needed for a safe and comfortable flight. The thesis is divided into several chapters: the first one deals with the most important factors influencing human health. Next chapter is focused on a description of the assurance of main components which are composing the aircraft air-conditioning system. Final chapter of the thesis deals with oxygen systems, which are essential for the survivor of the passengers in the case of an accident.
Solar heating tap water
Kracík, Petr ; Baláš, Marek (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the heating of hot service water by means of solar energy through solar collectors. At the beginning the author describes the most frequent methods for heating of service water in Czech houses with the help of electrical energy, fossil fuel, gas and central heat supply, including the input expenses for buying equipment. The author describes a solar system and his basic elements and suggests two variants with supplement heating by means of electrical energy, which compares with electrical heating of service water. The overall thesis is conceived as a review of possibilities of heating hot service water in households with economical budget at the end of the work.
Heat processing principle of operation thermal resistance annealing.
Špičková, Petra ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The project assigned for the bachelors study program B 2307 analyses the theory of heat processing in general and furthermore resistance annealing with the focus on the technology developed by the company Heatmasters. Examples of processing methods used at other technology providers are presented, inclu-ding documentation and datasheets. Resistance annealing is based on the heat transfer from a resistive wire, which heats up by electrical current. The thermal energy is then transferred to the target material through heat radiation or con-ductance. The resistance heat processing is used both for welding and for an-nealing. Nowadays is the documentation and recording of the heat processing of significant importance. Possibilities exist that allow recording of temperature during the entire cycle of the heat processing and subsequently providing the result evidence in a form of a certificate.
