Specifics of nutrition during preparation for 50km race walker

This dissertation will give us insight into racewalking as a discipline, we will learn interesting facts from the history, then it will introduce us to its specifics and differences. Thereafter, the dissertation focuses on the structure of performance and training in racewalking. The main focus of my dissertation is the topic of nutrition, which is the key factor in the overall performance. It describes all the necessary components of a diet, which are very important in a well prepared pre-race training. The next fundamental theme is the replenishment of glycogen, which is needed for a proper work of muscles and to correctly utilize the supercompensation diet. Furthermore, the forms, rules and methods of being on a supercompensation diet will be shown on specific cases. Last, but not least, it will cover the importance of fluid intake for an athlete.

Title: Monitoring of athletic preparation and its conditions applied by U7 age group football teams Objectives: This thesis is focused on monitoring of athletic preparation of some of pupils' football teams by using anonymous questionnaires filled up by U7 age group coaches. Six intentionally selected football clubs were studied as per their coaches and technical conditions, available time and space for athletic preparation including trainings for U7 age group. Methods While fulfilling the goals of the thesis, I draw from literary sources focused on children's athletic preparation and questionnaires filled up by U7 age group's coaches of six intentionally selected clubs. My not standardized questionnaire is based on theoretical outlets drawn from relevant literary sources and was distributed personally during U7 age group tournaments. While evaluating the answers, I focused on general and experimental questions separately. I sorted them into five different fields: available coaches, training sessions, their structure and content, available material background, the selected team-skeleton and the stress they have to undergo during individual matches or tournaments. Sports training assessment of the Czech record holder in the sprint events in the youth categories

Title: Sports training assessment of the Czech record holder in the sprint events in the youth categories Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is monitoring and assessment of selected general training indicators, special training indicators and control tests during the four-year sports training period of a young sprinter in the category of 15 years and the category of 17 years. Results of the selected training indicators and the control tests were compared. Methods: In the present thesis the method of observation and the content analysis of training documents are used. The training documents are obtained from the coach of the observed individual. The general training indicators, the special training indicators and the control tests are selected from the training documents, which are evaluated by the basic statistical procedures and subsequently they are composed to the tables, charts and comments. Results: Due to the set plan of the thesis, we recorded during the four-year period an annual increase in the volume of the general training indicators of M.B. The volume of load is increasing in all the selected special training indicators. Titule: The attitude of track and field athletes to the recovery in the sport Student: Bc. Kristina Volfová Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims: determining the attitudes of athletes to proper lifestyle and recovery in the sport and comparison of recovery methods in terms of their use. Another objective was the possibility of comparing the obtained results by gender and regional representation by means of a questionnaire survey. Methodology: to meet the aims of this work were used method of questioning when n = 160 track and field athletes of different gender and selected countries around the world completed standard questionnaire on the web portal google. In the evaluation of the results I focused on two major areas - lifestyle athletes and their view on recovery and used recovery methods. Results: work is divided into a theoretical part dealing with the analysis of the basic concepts and contexts topic work, and the practical part. Title: Football as an extracurricular activity at a grammar school. Objective: This issue has already been written many works. Most of the research that I have studied, however, carried out in primary schools. Therefore, I decided to deal with this issue at grammar schools, because I think that students of grammar schools no longer have that study as much free time for extracurricular activities. The aim of my thesis is to find out how they stand football as an extracurricular activity with regard to other activities for children in this age. Furthermore, how much free time students have grammar schools, and how to handle this free time. Whether their school offers some activities or rings that could children in their spare time to attend. In conclusion, I followed the doctor Tomas Malkus discovered his opinion on stretching and compensation exercises in sports. Methods: Data were collected by the method of quantitative questioning a particular interrogation method using an anonymous questionnaire with open and closed questions and structured interviews with open and closed questions. ANNOTATION: The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of field hockey in preschool age. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of right preparation of field hockey players during preschool age. It also deals with areas that should be emphasised by the couch. It also focuses on history, rules and equipment necessary for field hockey. The practical part consists of questionnaire investigation focused on couches of preschool children and from research focusing one particular training group of children.
