Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company Tesla Jihlava, s.r.o.

This thesis is devoted to the evaluation of financial situation of the Tesla Jihlava Ltd. on the market. The methods and selected indicators of financial analysis are used to its rating. For comparison with the competition there is elaborated and subsequently evaluated also financial analysis of FOREZ Ltd. company, which is the biggest competitor of the described one. A comparison of these two business objects deals with the period of six years and specifically started from 2007 to 2012. On the basis of found results there are offered such solutions and arrangements for improvement of the financial situtation and the position of this company on the market.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company and to design a proposal for improvement of its financial situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and practical. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the topic. The next part focuses on the investigation of problem areas using the financial analysis method during the period of years 2009 to 2013. The third part outlines the possibilities to advance the financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company based on the implemented analysis.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals to its Improvement

Bachelor thesis is focused on assessment of the financial situation of the company Cars Trade M&M, s.r.o. for the period between 2012 and2017. The financial situation of the company is assessed using selected methods of financial analysis. In the first part of the bachelor thesis, theoretical starting points of the work are composed, which are then utilized in the analytical section. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the company's specific problems are then revealed. Proposals and recommendations are drawn up to address these problem areas, which should lead to an improvement in the financial situation.

The master’s thesis is focused on a draft of a corporate financial plan. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part of this thesis deals with a theoretical background related to financial planning, strategic analysis and financial analysis. In the second part, a strategic and financial analysis are compiled for a chosen company This is followed by a draft of the corporate financial plan in an optimistic and pessimistic version. In the end the financial plan is subsequently evaluated.

Rating the Financial Health of the Selected Company

This bachelor's thesis is focused on financial analysis of the concern Finita s.r.o. In the concrete it deals with the actual financial situation of the copany, its evaluation and solution of problems in the concern. The final output is a complete financial and economic analysis of the company, which should be used for elimination of all actual problems and for better managing of companie’s financials. According to the presented financial analysis, suggestions for measures and improvements of current state are put forward.
