This master´s thesis „Proposal of utilization of the entrepreneurship support program in FEI Czech republic“ is focused on investment incentives and grants and their application on a particular investment project of chosen company. The first part of the thesis summarizes the relevant theory and describes offered entrepreneurship support programs in the Czech Republic. The second part is aimed at introduction of FEI Czech republic Ltd. For this company is in the third part of the work, chosen the suitable entrepreneurship support program, made a business plan and filled in an application for support.

The thesis deals with small and medium enterprises and sources of financing. The theoretical part contains definition and characteristic of small and medium enterprises, national and international business support and various financial resources. The practical part analyzes financial situation of concrete small enterprise, sources of its financing and gives some recommendations for the financing of future.
Competitive environment of business incubators in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with application of Competitive Intelligence in the environment of business incubators in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this work is to analyze the competitive environment of Czech business incubators and draw conclusions leading to a possible increase of their competitiveness. The theoretical part describes the competitive intelligence including selected analytic methods, the support system for development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the role of the state in their support and aspects of innovative business. The following part deals with characteristics of business incubation, basic division of business incubators and their importance for the development of SMEs. It then describes the history of incubators in the world and the way they operate in the Czech Republic, including description of basic services provided. The practical part analyzes broader competitive environment throughout the country, using Porter's five competitive forces model. Then there is a complete list compiled of all operating and planned incubators in the Czech Republic displayed on a map, divided into different regions. There are six incubators selected for a thorough competitive analysis in the Central region and the city of Prague, which are the regions with the strongest competitive environment in the Czech Republic. Based on results of analyses mentioned above, there is a set of final recommendations on how to increase the competitiveness of Czech business incubators and to get overall improvement in business incubation.

The second chapter describes the negotiation with Finnish partners, various legal forms of business and tax policy. The third chapter concerns the investment environment and governmental and non-governmental business support.
The comparison of support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and France

The bachelor thesis focuses on the most important sources of support provided to Czech and French small and medium enterprises. The described support results weather from public institutions or private organizations and associations. The aim of this thesis is to compare these two different systems of support. The first chapter evaluates the role of small and medium enterprises and highlights their importance in the European Union in general. Moreover, a part of this chapter is also description of the main sources of financial aid for the European enterprises. A specific support for small and medium enterprises in both countries is contained in the second and the third chapter. The key public and private organizations, offering both financial and nonfinancial aid, are there included as well. In conclusion, the most important findings are summarized and the main differences between French and Czech system of support are emphasized.
Internationalization of Business Activities of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

This bachelor thesis deals with the internationalization of medium-sized and small enterprises. It focuses on those enterprise characteristics that have direct impact on whether or not the enterprise will succeed in the process of internationalization. The thesis also mentions specific internationalization barriers that small and medium enterprises have to deal with. Because of their importance to the national economy, many state and EU funded support programmes have been developed. This thesis aims to provide a summary of the state and EU funded support system which is in place in the Czech Republic. The thesis analyses support programmes and services that are provided to small and medium enterprises with relation to their internationalization.
Comparison of entrepreneurial environment in the Czech Republic and France

The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate entrepreneurial environment in the Czech Republic and France, define its strengths and weaknesses and suggest possible improvements. The thesis offers a comprehensive look at the key entrepreneurial aspects from the perspective of small and medium entrepreneurs. The thesis describes and analyses tax issues, social security scheme, entrepreneurial support, legal forms of business entities and administrative burden of entrepreneurs. The thesis also comprises SWOT analysis of entrepreneurial environment of both compared countries. The thesis includes a practical part (apart from the theoretical part) which concerns an evaluation of a survey by questionnaire conducted among Czech small and medium entrepreneurs. The final part of thesis does not lack author's point of view on the described issues.
The analysis of the CzechInvest agency's activities during last years with focus on the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation

This thesis aims to describe the activities of CzechInvest, the Investment and Business Development Agency, during the last six years with focus on the ongoing Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. CzechInvest has participated in administration of this operational programme for the last six years. This thesis is dedicated to the enterprise and enterprise promotion in the Czech republic. It describes the programme support from Structural funds (EU) and concentrates on the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. The analysis is aimed at the programme, sectoral and regional structure of the projects mediated by CzechInvest. It evaluates the size of the support and the programme structure of the support from the Operational programme, that was provided for the small and medium-sized enterprises.
