Energy efficient house with design office

The Bachelor´s thesis Energy efficient house with desing office is made as building documentation in agreenment whith standarts and legal norms and acts. House is desinged as two floored basement house with pitched roof and one floored cellarless, flat roofe part with workshop and garage. The construction is based on a concrete strip foundation. The building is made of ceramic block, the ceiling and flat roof is designed as monolithic construcion, pitched roof is made as wooden roof construction. House is projected as Low energy detached house.
Familly House with establishment

The subject of bachelor´s thesis is a family house with establishment which serves as projection office. Family house is in village Čechovice, locality Doubí, region Třebíč. It is two floor family house with a one floor part of establishment. The floor plan is irregular. There is possible its variability of construction. It is possible to build the house without dependence on establishment. The offices have got its own entrance, which does not limit in the living area. Object is designed from system HELUZ. External wall Heluz Family 500, ceiling construction Miako is above first above-ground floor, and above second above-ground floor is plasterboard hanged on roof construction. Roofing above the establishment and garage from warm flat roof, above the family house is mono-pitched roof.
Educational and cultural center of the Wallachian Bystřice

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building for public amenities - Educational and cultural centre in the cadastral area of the municipality Wallachian Bystřice. The building is of a complex ground plan shape that should symbolize crystal growing from the hillside. The building is located in the centre of the village. The building is designed as a single-storey with a technical floor for pipework and ductwork. The building is based on the foundation slab. The bearing structure of the building is created from a reinforced concrete load-bearing wall in combination with wooden circular columns and sandwich panels from KVH profiles. The roof is formed by circular purlins and rafters. The roof structure is a single casing green intensive and extensive. In terms of the features, the building is divided into two main parts consisting of the exhibition part and the congress part, both units have their own entrances and sanitary facilities.
Nursery school Jinačovice

The main aim of this master project is to design a new nursery school with a parking lot and playground in Jinačovice. The building has single floor and flat green roof. It is divided into three main parts: middle part, class A, class B. The middle part includes a wind lobby, corridor and auxiliary rooms such as cleaning room, staff rooms, storage and utility room. Almost identical classes A and B include a day room/play room, changing room, children washroom, storage of toys and kitchen. The vertical loadbearing masonry is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The envelope walls insulated with ETICS. The horizontal loadbearing structure is made of Spiroll panels. Heating energy is supplied by two air-water heat pump. Ventilation is provided by air conditioning with heat recovery. Shading is provided by external louvers. The project was carried out in AutoCAD.
House on a slope

The subject of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for the construction. It is a family house which will be located in the existing development on the outskirts of the village Sobíňov. The building is designed as a single storey, and as it is installed in a sloping terrain, it is divided in height into three consecutive parts. In the first part there is a garage with two parking spaces, the entrance to the building and technical facilities. The second part consists of common rooms and the last part is a quiet zone. The foundation structures are designed as monolithic strips of plain concrete.The Porotherm brick system forms vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures. The ceiling part is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The roofing of the building is solved by a single-skin flat vegetation roof. The drawing part was processed in the ArchiCad 20 programme and visualization in the Lumion 10 programme.
Building of Metal Production in Litomyšl

The assigment for my bachelor thesis was to design of load-bearing stell structure of the hall for metal production. The ground plan of the structure is 16x30 metres with distance of cross frames 6 metres. The height of cross frames is variable. The hall consists of the columns with variable cross section connected with straights with variable cross section, it is designed as a threeway-articulated frame. My bachelor thesis includes the assesment of the main load bearing structure elements, solution of the selected details and drawing up detail plans of the solving joints.
Masonry House

This is a building modification and extension of the existing recreational object, which lies on the no. 3617/1 and 3617/2, at the edge of the c. Střekov, Ústí nad Labem. The construction and annexes respect the height profile of the surrounding area. The existing recreational object is built as a single-storey non-basement with a saddle roof, the new annex is designed as a single-storey non-cellar with a flat, extensive roof respecting the height of the existing objet. The whole building is designed as one-generation for max 5 members family, where the reconstructed part will create a living room with kitchen and dining room, toilet and bathroom. In the right wing there will be two children's rooms and in the left wing a bedroom with a work area. A large terrace with access from the living room as well as from both wings is provided for relaxation. The construction system is designed as brick from the Porotherm system with Cemex ELEGOHOUSE monolithic ceilings with lost formwork. The existing brick building is built of brick-burning solid and wooden roofing, the new roof will be titanium sheet metal.
Kindergarten

The main aim of this thesis is to create a Project documentation of the design of the New development, kindergarten, in the cadastral area Dejvice, Prague. The object is designed as a standalone barrier-free single-storey building. Kindergarten consists of two departments with a capacity of 48 pupils and adjacent facilities. The object is based on foundation pads and ground table. All masonry constructions are lime-sand blocks Kalksandstein. The facade is complemented by thermal isolation and the exterior staircase is monolithic and reinforced concrete. The object has a flat roof where an air conditioning unit is placed. The drawing is processed via AutoCAD software and visuals are created in program Sketchup.
Barevný svět kindergarten

The objective of the diploma thesis is to prepare a study of a kindergarten. The kindergarten is designed for 72 children and is located on the lot n. 899/2 in Brno, district Zebetin. The house is a single storey, free-standing with no basement. The entrance and access road is located on the north side of the property. The adjacent terrain is gently sloping. The supporting construction is designed from the Porotherm system. The building is covered with a flat roof. The operation consists of three departments, facilities for teachers, communication facilities and technical background.
Superior detached house

This thesis deals with the design documentation of superior house for family of three in the village Srdov. It is a single storey building with basement shape of a regular block. The house is located on the outskirt of the village in a slightly sloping terrain. Emphasis was placed on a functional interior layout, comfortable living and efficient energy. Although the house defies the tradition of local architecture, has a great link to the local landscape. In order to distort it as little as possible, trying to blend in with landscape and be the inconspicuous.
