Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace k provedení novostavby občanské vybavenosti „Mateřská škola“ v katastrálním území Dejvice hlavního města Prahy. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící, bezbariérová budova s jedním nadzemním podlažím. Mateřská škola obsahuje dvě samostatné oddělení s kapacitou 48 žáků a k nim přilehlé zázemí. Objekt je založen na základových patkách a pasech. Veškeré zděné konstrukce jsou vápenopískové tvárnice Kalksandstein. Obvodový plášť je doplněn tepelnou izolací. Vnější schodiště je monolitické, železobetonové. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou, na níž je umístěna nástřešní vzduchotechnická jednotka. Výkresová část je zpracována v programu AutoCAD, vizualizace jsou zpracovány v programu sketchap.
The main aim of this thesis is to create a Project documentation of the design of the New development, kindergarten, in the cadastral area Dejvice, Prague. The object is designed as a standalone barrier-free single-storey building. Kindergarten consists of two departments with a capacity of 48 pupils and adjacent facilities. The object is based on foundation pads and ground table. All masonry constructions are lime-sand blocks Kalksandstein. The facade is complemented by thermal isolation and the exterior staircase is monolithic and reinforced concrete. The object has a flat roof where an air conditioning unit is placed. The drawing is processed via AutoCAD software and visuals are created in program Sketchup.
