Proposals for Improving Economic Performance

This bachelor’s thesis aims at evaluation and improvement of the performance of the company Zlínprofi, s.r.o. using both financial and nonfinancial analysis. This work is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes methods which the subsequent analysis uses. After that the company is introduced and its financial and strategic analysis is conducted. The results are then compared with the recommended values and competing company. In the conclusion the overall situation is evaluated and based on these resulting facts suggestions for improving the financial performance of the company are proposed.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the evaluation of a financial situation of the company ARKO MONT, s.r.o. It is used the correct assessment of a rating of the company, which is reached by using the method of financial analysis. There are used accountant sheets from years 2006 till 2008. This paper consists from two main parts – the theoretical part and the practical part of the financial analysis. Finally, there are formulated the improvements of the current situation of the company which are based on the basis of results of the made financial analysis.

The thesis assesses the financial situation and management of the company Měšťanský pivovar v Poličce, a.s. producing beer and soft drinks. Proposals leading to the improvement of the company’s financial situation are suggested based on the financial analysis of the company and on comparison of basic financial indicators with another rival breweries.

This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on appraisal of company's financial situation during four years 2007 - 2010 and its information system support. The results were taken from company's financial statements for the period mentioned above. Those data were kindly provided by the company for this thesis. The first part of this thesis provides the theoretical information about the problematics. In the second part basic information about the company is provided along with SWOT analysis. In the third part financial situation analysis is performed and in the fourth part I suggest to buy a new informational system for the company as the solution.

Evaluation of Business Performance by means of Financial Analysis Tools

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the financial situation in a selected company in the time interval from 2014 to 2009. The work is divided into several parts. In the first part I focus on defining the goals and methodology according to which the work will be managed. In the next part I deal with definitions and theoretical knowledge of financial analysis. In the third part, I will first introduce the selected company and then I will make calculations of individual indicators of financial analysis. Based on the obtained information, I will suggest possible solutions to improve the financial situation.

The theoretical part describes the different processing methods of financial analysis. In the practical part of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of a company TVARBET MORAVIA a.s. based on information available from public and private sources. The target is to perform financial analysis of a company, including developing measures to improve financial health.
