Hedging of currency risk of manufacturing company

This thesis has an aim to create a hedging strategy for currency risks for exporting company. The main reason for hedging are possible losses that can be triggered by changes in exchange rate. In the case of exchange rate changes exporting company may face three different types of exposure: transaction, translation and economic exposure. This thesis concentrates on transaction exposure and builds a hedging strategy for exporting company AAA a.s. This firm is analyzed from qualitative side as well as from quantitative which is presented in the form of historical overview of the company and its position in international group. Based on this analysis as well as on theoretical findings, the hedging strategy for AAA a.s. was proposed. This strategy uses external and internal means of hedging.

Title of the thesis: The success of selected gaming activities in a match for the player function - forward in football with a view the differing performance on competition. Objective of the thesis: Finding the frequency and success of selected individual actions offensive game character with gaming functions forward in football with a view to a different performance level of the competition. Solving methods: For the analysis, the chosen method of indirect observation by video. Analyzed were selected games from the 2nd and 3rd highest Czech football league. Results: Greater success in gaming activities " pass " and " taking the ball forward" was recorded for players in the 2nd highest competition, in comparison with players in the 3rd top competition. Conversely, in gaming activities " possession " and " the number of touches " were clearly more active players Benesov. Probably the biggest diference, we saw in game activities " headers fight " in favor of the players from the second league. Very low numbers we have seen in gaming activities " circumvention rival" in both competitions. TRAINING OF ICE HOCKEY FORWARD Annotation: Subject of this thesis is to compare and characterise the present status of a hockey forward training routines by comparing hockey forward training routines of ice hockey club HC Hvězda Praha in different age and performance categories. Theoretical part of the thesis includes brief information about characteristics of ice hockey, it's history and evolution, integration into Czech enviroment and describes basic rules. Crucial part of the thesis is dedicated to basic theoretical perspective of hockey forward training routines in sense of theoretical and physical preparation which is included in the year training cycle. The aim of this thesis is overall comparation of differences in hockey forward training routines and type of shoots in different age and performance categories. Retrospective evaluation of results Wingate test in their junior national U18 v ledním hokeji

Title: Retrospective evaluation of results Wingate test in their junior national U18 Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare condition levels according to the Wingate test and game results achieved in individual MSJ U18 and determine the degree of functional dependence Wingate anaerobic test parameters according to the U18 category, with a later application of the elite players in the world competitions. Methods: In this thesis has been used retrospective collection of quantitative data from sources ČSLH. Evaluation data were gathered using a correlation relationships of speed and power variables and placement classes at MSJ, respectively. achieved level of competition. The comparison of speed and power variables between years was used analysis of variance with repeated measurements. Results: It was found that the velocity-force characteristics ice hockey player found Wingate test does not have a statistically significant effect on the location of MSJ year and only low statistical significance was found between the variable ANC/kg and the level of competition achieved by the player. This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of derivatives contracts with respect to their economic nature. It provides a detailed view on the legislation regulating derivatives contracts in the legal order of the Czech Republic. Considering the interconnection of local derivatives markets, this diploma thesis pays attention to the legal regulation and standardization of derivatives contracts in foreign countries and at the international level. The first part of this thesis describes basic features of derivatives and proposes their typology. The aim of the following part is to evaluate the contemporary legal regulation of derivatives contracts in the Czech Republic. The rest of this thesis elaborates on foreign and international legal regulation of derivatives contracts. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate present the state of the regulation of derivatives contracts in the Czech Republic, asses to what degree it reflects their economic nature, and eventually, propose legal changes.

This work deals with the currency exchange effects on the financial situation of the company, whose incomes are made up of exports in particular. The theoretical part is aimed at the definition of basic concepts such as currency, exchange rate, currency risk, appreciation and terminology of the financial analysis. The second part deals with the theory of financial derivatives market. The practical part is concentrated on the financial analysis of selected company and its change because of the fluctuation rate of the Czech crown. In the last section provides suggestions for improvement of protection against foreign exchange risk.
