Analysis of Hospitality Facilities on a Selected Tourist Trail

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of hospitality facilities on a selected tourist trail. It is divided into four chapters. First chapter is devoted to the importance of catering and accommodation services in tourism and to the division of food and beverage and accommodation facilities. Seconde chapter describes the region Bohemian Paradise, the Protected Landscape Area, and the town Turnov as the heart of the Bohemian Paradise. Third chapter includes the description of the Bohemian Paradise Gold Trail and the most popular tourist attractions situated on the selected part of the trail. But this chapter mostly focuses on the analysis of food and beverage and accommodation facilities on this part of the trail and detailed comparison of two chosen restaurants and hotels. The last chapter sums up findings and gives recommendations.

The proposal of tourism development project in selected part of Šumava mountains and foothills

The main goal of my graduation thesis is the working-out project for tourism development in selected areas of Šumava. The project proposal for tourism development is specifically located in the village Frymburk. The proposal of project is called Reconstruction of pension to extend season in winter season. The purpose of this project is to provide accommodation services in the winter months due to installation of new heating equipment. Within the fulfillment of partial objectives, the thesis is concerned with identifying opportunities in the tourism market in selected areas, identifying the optimum technical and securing the project, and are also identified two variants of the financial security of the project.

The business concept - Wellness Center in the area of Litoměřice

The main aim of this thesis was creating a business concept based on theoretical and practical knowledge. It will serve as the basis for the creation of a new facility providing wellness and fitness services in Litoměřice. The business concept of the wellness hotel, which will provide quality accommodation, catering, fitness and wellness services, was created based on the situational analysis, competitor analysis and analysis needs of the potential customers using questionnaires.

Analysis of accommodation facilities in Marienbad

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the chosen accommodation facilities in Marienbad. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of general terms of tourism and accommodation facilities. The second chapter is devoted to an explanation of the basic terminology concerning the spas, furthermore there is mentioned the history of spas worldwide and in the Czech Republic. In this chapter can be also found a brief history of Marienbad. The third chapter presents the characteristics of the current supply of accommodation facilities in Marienbad. The fourth chapter contains the analysis of chosen facilities. In the last chapter is assessed the overall situation of accommodation facilities in Marienbad.

The development of business accommodation facilities.

The goal of this thesis is project of developing accommodation. The main subject is private family business (pension) in spa town called Třeboň located in South Bohemia. In the beginning of this thesis are decribed typological kind of customers, principal and strategy. In the second part are analyzed both outdoor and internal environment of Třeboň. On the basis of this reserch is SWOT analyse comleted. Conclusion of this research are suggestions to attract new customers for Pension Markéta off season on travel packets and mainly decrease energetical demands on maintainance Pension in cold winter season (from October till April).

Historický vývoj a postavení vybraného hotelu na trhu cestovního ruchu v ČR

The bachelor's thesis is focused on a study of the hotel Crowne Plaza Prague. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of the hotel in the tourism market of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part determines definitions of tourism market, accommodation facilities and their standardization and the hotel industry of the Czech Republic. The practical part includes a description of the hotel and his history. The hotel owner is presented and the relation with the hotel's franchiser InterContinental Hotels Group is explained. The analytical part is worked up mainly on the basis of interviews with hotel staff and its aim is an analysis of hotel customers, comparison of hotel capacity, the room prices and chosen services with other Prague 4-star hotels. At the end a SWOT analysis is made. The analysis is an assessment of hotel's position in the tourism market of the Czech Republic and presents suggestions for improvement.

Current situation and prospects of development of chosen hotel

My bachelor thesis is focused on analyzing of the situation in the chosen hotel, which is called hotel LUNA *** and situated in Martin, Slovakia. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this hotel, to evaluate its current situation and then to propose possible solutions and prospects of its future development. The theoretical part involves marketing facts and the organization of hotel establishments, the Slovak legislation and the condition in which the accommodation facilities in Slovakia are. The practical part is divided into three chapters, the first one presents a general description of the hotel and of its services. The next chapter analyzes the situation in the hotel. To be able to work-out this section the information and statistics from the hotel's reservation system were used. The last chapter provides an overview of proposed and recommended changes, which are also consulted with the hotel management. All results of the analysis are recorded in tables and graphs in order to provide precise and comprehensible information about current situation in the hotel LUNA***.

Quantitative and qualitative spacious distribution of bedded capacities and accompanying services in the defined region of Humpolecko

The Bachelor thesis deals with the spatial distribution of accommodation facilities and duality of supporting services in the defined region of Humpolecko. The initial chapters deal with analysis of the literature related to the issue of tourism. The actual analysis of the distribution of accommodation services in each municipality prior to the characteristics and characteristics of tourism in Humpolec, which takes into account the profile of the visitor, and the potentials of tourism statistics. The analysis si defined territory id dividend into groups of municipalities and described in term sof accommodation, complemented by graphs. The conclusion is reflected in the synthesis, a summary of the situation in the territory by means of cartograms and cartographs.
