This Diploma thesis deals with preparation for the production hall in Trutnov. The thesis handles technological prescriptions of micropiles, piles, casing panels BRUCHA Paneel. Thesis provides an insight into the inspection and testing plan of micropiles, the situation concerning broader transportation relations with traffic routes, itemized budget with land area, timetable, draft of major machines and mechanisms. Furthermore, the thesis contains drawing formwork of external extension, layout plan, details of the wall casing.

The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.

Textual part contains a technical report on construction technology project, wider relations of traffic routes with marked critical points, the study of the main technological stages of the building, principles of organization of construction, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological regulations, inspection and test plans, health and safety on the site. In the section with attachments there is a map of the locality, drawings of site facilities, including road signs, charts of the movement of machines, the schedule of the main building structure, the budget of the main building structure, a plan for securing material resources, time and financial plan, an economic evaluation of site facilities, details and other technical documentation stages.

The main goal of my work is a study of implementation of major technological stages of building. These technological steps will cover the main building. This study will be established timetable. Furthermore, the project will be processed construction site, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, with the budget bill of quantities for the main building structure. Technological specification and control plan is prepared for the realization of construction scaffolding, flat roofs and implementation envelope.
