The aim of the project is a new building of a sport and wellness center in the cadastral area Brno-Židenice, South Moravian Region. Sport and wellness center is designed as a detached building with two floors and basement with a flat single skin vegetation roof. In the 1st floor there is a reception, cafe, children's play area, central changing rooms and a technical facilities. In the 2nd floor is a fitness center, solarium, massage rooms and sports nutrition and diagnostics. In the basement is a wellness center, facilities for employees and lasergame arena. The main structural system of the building consists of reinforced concrete columns and reinforced concrete slabs. The facade is designed as a contact thermal insulation system and glazed curtain wall.
Car dealership with auto repair shop

This diploma thesis is being solved for documentation of building in the stage of execution. The building is designed as a showroom with car repair shop. The building site is located in the land registry of Ostrava – Vítkovice. Project documentation is designed accordingly to the valid Czech Republic’s laws, bills and building standards. The building is divided into two objects the first one is showroom with administration and the second one is the car repair shop with washing room and restrooms. These two objects are structurally and operationally connected. The largest plan dimensions are 68,56 x 38,36 m. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame in the administrative part and a reinforced concrete wall system in the car repair part. The roof is in both cases realized by using steel trusses. The reinforced concrete frame is lined with aerated concrete masonry. In the roof part it is cladded with sandwich steel panels. The building is founded on reinforced concrete foundation pads with combination of strip foundations. The car repair shop is designed as one floor building, whereas the administrative part is designed as two floor.
Hospital in Pardubice - preparation and organization of extension Pavilion

This thesis discusses the preparation and organization of the extension construction of multi-purpose Pavilion in Pardubice hospital. The thesis contains a summary accompanying technical report, technical regulations for CFA piles and contact insulation system. Those 3 regulations have developed inspection and test plans. Next parts od the work are time schedule and an itemized budget of the pavilion, time and financial plan of the whole building, Occupational safety and health instructions, environmental issues during the construction, design of mechanical set, system of construction site project. There is also noise study made during the implementation of the construction of the pavilion. Finally there is also situation of construction, CFA pilot implementation scheme and contract.
Kindergarten

This thesis describes the design of a kindergarten in Novy Jicin. It is a detached building on a large and gently sloping land. Visually, kindergarten divided into three parts and it is on two-storey part of themselves compartment attached with two-storey in the middle part. The building has a rugged design (form L-shaped). The building is brick sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation system, based upon the strips foundation, nobasement and covered with a warm flat roof. In the single-storey part there is the only MS (max. 25 children). In the middlesection of two-storey there is a main part of kindergarden on the first floor and kindergarten facilities located on the second floor there is a small department with special classes (max. 10 children). The layout of the building is consistent with the operation of kindergartens, fulfill the requirements for barrier-free use, safety, fire resistance and overall stability. The building includes parking for 15 cars. The work includes project documentation for the construction and specialization.
The polyfunctional house in Červený Kostelec

The Master's thesis deals with a new mixed-used building. The mixed-used building is situated in Červený Kostelec, 17. listopadu street. It is a three-floor building without a cellar and with a flat roof. The object is designed from ceramic cider blocks Porotherm and it is thermally insulated by contact thermal insulation system. On the first floor there are workshops – information centre, beauty salon, café, one dwelling unit for disabled people and the cellar. On the second floor there are offices, gallery and two dwelling units. On the third floor there are five dwelling units. Whole project is created in ArchiCad 14.
House for Seniors

Thesis home for seniors is processed in the form of project documentation which comprises all the requisites required by current regulations. Designed home for seniors is placed on the site number 253/4 in Tabor. The building has four floors. The facility is located 64 residential units social care and facilities for the elderly. Constructional system is from lime-sand bricks, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, flat roof, wooden girder trusses. Building has contact thermal insulation system.
Detached House with Establishment

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached house. The object is located in the town of Markvartice in a gently sloping terrain, and it is conceived for families of four members. The family house is designed as a stand-alone, two-floor, with a partly made cellar. There is also a garage in the house. The main entrance is at the level of the 1st floor, and the entrance to the building is at the basement level. The main rooms are oriented to the south. Vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling construction is made of bricks with miako inserts and ceramic concrete joists. The detached house is topped by a shed roof. The project was prepared using the computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was put on the correct layout, architectural solutions, static requirements and safe use of the building.
Semi-detached house

The Bachelor thesis topic is semi-detached house. The building is designed as a two-storey, without a basement. The roof is solved as double-shell flat. The entrance is on the north side. On the ground floor is a vestibule, where there is access to the utility room, toilet and living area, which consists of a living room, kitchen with dining room from which is exit to the terrace. Staircase to the second floor is in the living room. On the second floor they are accessible from the central hall of these rooms: a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, two children's bedrooms, lumber-room and dressing room. It is a brick building from ceramic fittings with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The roof is made of asphalt strips.
House in Letovice

This work deals with the design of a newly-built single-family house, which is located in the cadastral area of the town of Letovice. It is a two-floor house without a basement, which is designed for a family of five. The house is detached. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with sand-lime block SENDWIX, insulated by contact thermal insulation system from polystyrene plates. The building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 40° a gable dormer window on the south side and with an elongated part of the roof above the garage with a slope of 18°.
