The bachelor thesis is focused on an assessment and following evaluation of financial situation of the VRTAL s. r. o. company in the years 2008-2012 The aim of this thesis will be fulfilled by the creation of financial analysis. The data needed for this analysis will be taken from financial statements of VRTAL s. r. o. company. The financial analysis consists of analysis of absolute and ratio indicators as well as prediction models of financial distress of the company. The process of the financial analysis will be described in the theoretical part of the thesis. The partial aim of this thesis is comparison of VRTAL s. r. o. company with competing companies in the chosen region. SWOT analysis will also be a part of this thesis. SWOT analysis should provide a wider scope of the whole assessment.

Financial analysis of the company

The main goal of this bachelor thesis called "Company Financial Analysis" is to evaluate the financial situation of ZS Kosova Hora a.s. in the years 2005 2013 using standard methods of financial analysis. To achieve this goal horizontal and vertical analyses, ratio analysis, pyramidal decomposition of the ROE indicator and solvency and bankruptcy models have been used. In all these areas the selected company has been compared with a selected sample of other agricultural enterprises and its financial position has been assessed. Attention has been paid also to the impact of subsidy policy on this agricultural company. The obtained results have been summarized in the concluding part. Based on the results of these methods the company subjected to the analysis enjoys satisfactory financial situation when compared to other companies.

Municipalities as recepients of subsidies granted by the programme "Development of rural space and landscape" in the period 2009 - 2012 - evaluation of the program in terms of biodiversity

The master thesis evaluates the grant program ?Rural development and land, measure 1 Landscaping and supporting biodiversity?. Within this program were implemented actions that resulted in restoration and protection of biodiversity.20 municipalities were chosen and evaluated, that were supported by the grant program in South Bohemia Region in years 2009-2012. Evaluated municipalities belong in the category of small municipalities, except for 4 of them, that belong to the category of large municipalities (towns Sezimovo Ústí, Blatná, Netolice a Písek). The evaluation included the urban area and the rural area of the village. Using the questionnaire method, the aim was to determine, what is the status of municipalities in the grant program, i.e. whether the municipalities were capable of implementing actions within their budgets without the support of the grant, and also what actions the municipalities have to take in order to become successful applicants for the grant program. Next factor, which was compared and evaluated, was representation of ecologically stable and ecologically unstable habitats in the studied communities by using aerial photographs. Within the ecological survey, invasive species in villages were also mapped using field survey. Around less maintained watercourses were recorded only the most common invasive plant species in the Czech Republic as well as Heracleum mantegazzianum, which suggests that municipalities incorporate procedures suppressing invasive plant species in the primary care for landscape elements.

The Financial Situation of Juniors and Seniors in the Czech Republic and other EU Countries

The thesis defines main terms connected with problems of household financial situations in the Czech republic. The aim was to focus on the most important terms that are related to financial situation such as income, unemployment, indebtedness and poverty. The thesis includes an analysis of financial situations of juniors and seniors at the head of households. The results of this analysis helps to identify risk factors typical for households situated under the poverty-line and positive (favourable) factors typical for households in a better financial situation.

Financial analysis of company Rudolf Jelínek JSC for the company valuation

The objective of my bachelor's thesis is to valorize the financiaal situation and to prepare materials for the valuation of the Rudolf Jelínek a. s. company during years 2006 and 2010. The firm has a deep history in Czech republic and its main interest is producing fruit spirits. This work is mainly consisted from two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I'm describing how I am going to proceed in the practical one. In the end I've summarized the acquired results of the analysis and evaluated financial situation of the company and its future progress.

The Financial Analysis of the Company Alibona, a. s.

The topic of my Bachelor Thesis is "The Financial Analysis of the Company Alibona, a. s.". The main objective of the thesis is to assess the financial situation from the creditors' point of view. In the theoretical part I explain the key terms concerning the financial analysis and describe the methods subsequently used in the practical analysis of the company. Those are the horizontal and the vertical analysis, the balance optimization, the ratio analysis, the difference analysis, the DuPont analysis, the creditworthy and the bankruptcy models, the intercompany comparison and the economic value added. The results of those analyses are summarized in at the end of the thesis.
