The aim of this thesis is to monitor all steps of selection procedure, especially focused on job interview as a key method of this process. Teoretical part concerns with single stages of job interview, preparations for interview and supporting documents. Next section is focused on activities and HR employees mistakes during interwiev. Following part is deals with applicants nonverbal behavior and ethics. Last segment concerns with actual legislature.

This thesis deals with entry analysis of frame of personnel work in the T-SOFT company which is followed by the evaluation of job satisfaction of its employees concerning separate aspects of work-life e.g. motivation instruments, social relationships on site, system of education or possibility of participating in the system of company's management. Lastly, this thesis provides some recommendations for development of HR processes and their integration into the system of company's management.

The purpose of this dissertation is to review the work of the personnel department at a chosen company. The theoretical-methodological part contains the description of the personnel dep. activity with the regard to the importance for a small company. The analytical part includes the analysis of the current process of the individual personnel activities and the description of the revealed weaknesses. The final part summarize the found facts and contains my recommendations to the member of the personnel department.

The thesis is practically oriented and leading to design and implementation of the Code of Ethics and ethical policy into the organization. In the theoretical section the concepts of human resource management and ethics are explained. The practical part consists of a survey about the ethic behavior in the organization and of the results of a survey. Based on the results there is a concept of Code of Ethics for the surveyed organization.

A Set of Problems connected with Personnel Management in a Chosen Company

The main aim of the thesis is to create a complete overview of particular activities of the human resources politics from the perspective of a modern corporate management. On the basis of theoretical principles developed by the HR management to assess the individual activities in the example of selected company and propose improvements in areas, in which seems deficiencies. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical principles of HR management, which constitute the basis for the evaluation of the HR management in the selected company, referred in the practical part. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the company, which is next featured under the fictitious name of Chemická, a.s.. The third part of the thesis presents a comprehensive view of HR management practice in the watched company. The structure of this part of the most deliberately corresponds theoretical part. Fourth part of the thesis evaluate on the basis of theoretical knowledge the real HR management in the selected company. The HR management is showing no sign of any serious failure. The activities are carried out professionally and secured by sophisticated company directives. The HR management seeks to meet both, corporate and the personal needs and goals. Chemická, a.s. respects in managing their human resources the modern approaches and strengthens so the strongest of the four pillars of business, the human resources.

The aim of this bachelor paper is to make analyze the most important human resources activities in company ČEZ, which is one of the most significant Czech companies on energy market, compare the investigated results with theoretical knowledge's and eventually suggest solution, recommendation or changes of present system in accordance with the latest knowledge's and trend's. The most important human resources activities in company are: planning and analysis of working positions, obtaining and choosing of employees, accepting and adjustment of employees, evaluating the employees, education and formation of the employees, rewarding of the employees and care of the employees. The information's for making of this bachelor were gained with help of questioning in the company ČEZ.
Analysis of cooperation with employment offices with recruitment (FOXCONN CZ s.r.o. - production branch in Kutná Hora)

First part of thesis describes the theoretical basis of theme. The first section relates to legislative regulation of employment area including its development from 2004. The second chapter attends to cooperation possibilities of employers and employment offices. Second part of thesis concentrates on analysis of situation of particular employer - FOXCONN CZ company. The first section of this part describes the company in light of its history, positions and present cooperation with employment offices. The second section characterizes situation on regional employment market including history of local employment office and interview with its employees. The last chapter contains the particulat analysis of present cooperation methods with employment offices, economical view on this problem and final recommendations.

Cílem práce je seznámení s problematikou českých neziskových organizací (jejich vymezení a členění) a obecnou charakteristikou jejich personálního řízení, analýza základních oblastí personálního řízení v neziskových organizaci, s přihlédnutím k jejím specifikům a nejvýznamnějším odlišnostem personálního řízení v neziskových a ziskových organizacích, a prezentace návrhu personálního řízení v nejmenované české neziskové organizace
