Thermal-technical requirements for buildings and their financial return / demands
Foitlová, Lucie ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Krejza, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the construction of houses with better energy performance. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts, thermal-technical requirements and definitions of variants with different power consumption. In the practical part we compare the cost of the various options, operating costs and determine the payback period.
Assessment of the economic efficiency of low-energy and passive house
Maixner, Lukáš ; Klímová, Lenka (referee) ; Vaňková, Lucie (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of alow-energy and passive construction. This paper presents problems of lowenergy and passive construction, their individual characteristics, classification, construction materials, evaluation methods and opportunities for economic assessment due to the investment costs of implementation objects. The main practical part focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house. Together with this are processed simple labels building. The out come of this diploma thesis is the calculation of returnability increased by the initial investment in the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house.
Development of advanced masonry components for low energy and passive buildings
Kalina, Jan ; Stančík,, Hynek (referee) ; Zach, Jiří (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with issue of another possible application of PUR foam in the building, especially during the construction of the masonry structures with the integrated thermal isolator in the low-energy and the passive buildings. The practical part shows the production of the test sample of selected PUR foams and the trials that were performed on the samples. The aim of the thesis was choosing of the PUR foam with the best attributes which would be suitable as an integrated thermal isolator into masonry structures. In the conclusion there was chosen the best foam from which the masonry fragments were made. The static tests were performed on these fragments.
Features of Local Self-Support of Housing Development
Grmela, Daniel
The paper is the introductory to the topic of local self-efficiency of residential complexes. It provides the overview of basic elements which enables to assure the local self-sufficiency, including constructing materials, constructing works, electric power supplies, heating, water heating, drinking water management, utility water management and food supplies.
Study of reflectance of materials for construction surface treatment
Rauchfussová, Karolína ; Šot, František (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
Presented work deals with the study of properties of the progressive heat-reflecting foil thermal insulating materials. The work describes the transport mechanism of thermal energy through the structure of heat-reflecting materials, physical properties are compared with conventional thermal insulating materials. It is also shown here the main applications of these materials are in the field of low-energy and passive houses, especially in terms of the optimal method of incorporating in the building. The practical part is devoted to measuring of reflectance was made and then the measuring device HOT BOX was assembled.
Evaluation of Economic Efficiency of low-energy Construction
Sobola, Martin ; Klímová, Lenka (referee) ; Vaňková, Lucie (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of A low-energy construction. The paper focuses on low-energy construction, its characteristics, devision, material options, methodology of evaluation and possibility of economic assessment in regard to investment costs. The practical part of the Bachelor paper focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of low-energy house to a classic one. Further, there is a survey of public opinion researched in the form of opinion poll, which deals with the willingness to investmore money in a low-energy construction with a hope for future savings. The outcome of this thesis will present the calculation of returnability of an investment on the construction of a reference object in a low-energy version.
Economic Benefits of Low-energy and Passive Houses
Vopelka, Jan ; Liška, Luděk (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
This thesis deals with the issue of low-energy and passive houses. It describes the principals and requirements for their construction. It deals with the advantages of houses with low heating demand. The payback period of reference object was set from the calculations.
Návrh nízkoenergetického rodinného domu
Sovák, Zdeněk
The thesis is focused on the design of low-energy house in specific locations in Czech Republic. It describes the attributes of low-energy and other energy-saving houses. It emphasizes the basic principles and requirements for the construction of such houses. The building will be located in the PLA Český ráj (Bohemia Paradise). There are specific requirements for constructing a building in this area. This work therefore compares two design compositions of the walls in compliance with thermal technical requirements for low energy houses. The structural design of the building is described in the technical report prepared for the level of building permits. The practical part of this work shows drawings needed for building permits, drawings of walls and ceilings for the realization of the individual components. The proposal is made in accordance with the applicable standards and requirements of the PLA Český ráj (Bohemia Paradise). The work also contains the visualizations of the house.
Possibilities and Overlaps of the Traditional FolkAarchitecture as an Inspiration for the Environmentally Friendly Architecture Today
KURINCOVÁ, Marie
The work deals with the possibility of use the traditional knowledges and methods in construction with regards to today's lifestyle and technology, emphasizes the importance of the legacy, respect for countryside, individuality and surrounding environment. Above all I try to summarize the information about the current situation in architecture of family houses, which influence dominates in this area and which choices we have. I target especially the organic architecture mainly for wood constructions. At the beginning of the work I describe the issues of present architecture. I am dealing with the question if traditional and modern way of life must be in conflict, how we change our environment today and what could be the eventual effects for the future. The second part of the work is focused on the traditional vernacular architecture in South Bohemia, especially in the Bohemian Forest (Šumava) region, on types of construction, use and processing of materials and their integration into the countryside. The final part is applied to present ecology architecture. Firstly I summarize and identify the objects in general, subsequently I focus on the wood constructions, which correspond to traditional knowledge and experience in the manufacture and processing of wood.
