Mechanisms for resolution of bank crisis

This diploma thesis deals with mechanisms which can be used to resolve crisis of a bank. The first chapter introduces the reader to essential theoretical background and basis for following chapters. The second chapter describes and analyzes measures used by governments to support their financial sectors in 2008 -- 2012. The first part of third chapter deals with insolvency regimes for banks and general description of new recovery and resolution regimes. The other part of third chapter contains qualitative analysis of recovery and resolution regimes adopted by European Union member states in the form of BRRD. Final chapter analyzes on the sample of ten systematically important banks applicability of bail-in tool to resolution of their crisis.
Financial crisis in Argentina, solutions to the crisis and recovery of the country

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Argentina and its recovery after the financial crisis in 2001/2002. First part of the thesis describes economical history of Argentina till the crisis hit the country. The description is based on basic macroeconomic data. Second part of essay focuses on principal factors that caused the crisis and the character of the crisis in general. It is followed by analysis of economic recovery of the country, again based on macroeconomic data as described in the first part. The final chapter covers the current position of Argentinian economy in the world as well as in regional associations.
The recreational function of leisure time in students of the Faculty of Theology, University of South Bohemina in České Budějovice

This thesis deals with the recreational function of free time for students of the Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia. The thesis is an analysis of the literature on the matter, stating kinds of recreation and brief historical overview in the context of free time. It is an analysis of recreation and active lifestyles including previous research studies. The central section is defined by the concept and function of free time period described in university education, recreational activities and leisure time of students, stating research studies. One whole chapter in the end of the theoretical part is focused on student from Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia with the analysis of gender problem and gender statistics at the University of South Bohemia. The main goal of the research is to determine with the method of non-standardized questionnaire, how students the Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemiao use leisure time for recreation, pertinently to find proposals to improve the recreational function of free time. The data obtained from non-standardized questionnaire are compared by gender, kind of study and individual fields of study the Faculty of Theology of the University of South Bohemia, the main goal is to make an evaluation and recommendations for practice.
Application Possibilities of Social Work in a Recovery Debt in a Rent.

The Bachelor work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical insights related to the recovery of debts from rent an apartment. It refers to the relationship with poverty as the main trigger for expansion of non-payment of rent and services associated with the use of the apartment. Further aims to state assistance in the terms of social policy, promotion and support to legal regulations, including support for housing policy and protection of housing.The second part deals with research that shows how that issue actually works in practice.
Accounts receivable from legal, accounting and tax perspectives

This Thesis deals with the problematic of accounts receivable from legal, accounting and tax perspectives. In the first chapter there is mentioned a basic definition of receivables with focus on receivables arising from the customer-supplier relationships. The work also describes the way of their recording in the accountancy, related evidence and their valuation. The second and third chapter is devoted to the most frequent methods of securing receivables and eventual option of overdue debt collection. In the last separate chapter there is solved possibility of reduction their value through the creation of adjustments and one-time impairment of receivables. The whole work is supplemented by practical examples of accounting cases.
Receivables management

The work deals with the receivables management under the Czech accounting standards and Czech legislation. The aim is to introduce a comprehensive system of receivables management and provide a comprehensive overview of possibilities of origin, classification, ensurance and recovery. The end of this work characterizes process of receivables management in the concrete firm, its assessment and proposals for streamlining this process.
Sauna - one of the importance form of the sportmen´s regeneration

This thesis focuses on the importance of the sauna in the process of regeneration of active sports - ice hockey players. The aim is to describe the positive effect of sauna on the human body, specifically the musculoskeletal system and psyche. Furthermore, it clarifies the concept of regeneration, relaxation, fatigue and recovery. The practical part includes the processing and the evaluation results of a survey team in Carlsbad and Tabor team. The research focuses on the general frequency of using sauna in each team and then based on the different age groups. Further it explores the use of sauna in terms of reason and in terms of time.
Sensitivity to anesthetic clove oil different species of adult fish

Nomenclature: Sensitivity to anesthetic clove oil different species of adult fish Sensitivity of breeding fishes of various species (Siberian sturgeon, Brook trout, Black carp- young breeding fishes) for anesthetic clove oil was probed by the tests performed at temperature in the period of stripping (apart from Brook trout and Black carp). The tests were carried out with 17 fish species- with cyprinids (Ide- golden form, Common dace, European Chub, Sneep, Barbel, Grass carp, Black carp, bighead carp), salmonids (Brown trout, Rainbow trout, Brook trout), thymallinae (Grayling), pikes (Northern pike), perches (Pike-perch), sturgeons (Siberian sturgeon, Beluga) and airbreathing catfishes (North African catfish). Using concentration of 0,03ml.l-1 (Brown trout, Rainbow trout, Brook trout, Grayling, Pike, Pike perch, Ide, Dace, Chub, Barbel and Sneep), 0,04ml.l-1 (Grass carp, Black carp, Bighead carp), 0,05ml.l-1 (North African catfish) and 0,07ml.l-1 (Siberian sturgeon, Beluga) the IIb. Phase has been achieved, which is sufficient for manipulation with fishes during stripping. The anesthesia subsided after time period of 10-17 minutes (12 species) at the majority of fishes and at others after interval of 20-26 minutes (5 species). The results confirmed concentrations recommended for salmodis and Grayling (0,025-0,03ml.l-1), sturgeons (0,07ml.l-1), and North African catfish (0,05ml.l-1). At the majority of cyprinids (apart from Grass carp, Black carp and Bighead carp), the concentration used was lower than recommended (0,04-0,05ml.l-1)
Make of videorecording of sports massages

This diploma paper deals with the problems connected to sports massages. The aim of this work was to form didactical help, including a DVD which will be also used for sports massage trainings. The teoretical part briefly describes the history and development of classical and sports massages. There are defined types of sports massages, their incidence and effect. A special attention is also paid to basic hygienic code and restrictions of sports massages which are to be respected. This work futher analyses massages and describes basic rubbing touches and the procedure of overall sports massage. In addition, the work brings an outline of the make of the training film. For the practical part is enclosed a DVD film as a didactical help.
Structural changes of macrozoobenthic communities in longitudinal profiles of acidified streams in the Bohemian Forest (Czech Republic)

Structural changes in macrozoobenthic communities and changes in chemistry in longitudinal profiles of two acidified streams in the Bohemian Forest (Czech Republic) were investigated in 2007. The progress in chemical recovery was evident in both streams, whereas zoobenthos recovery was obvious only in less acidified stream.
