For the construction project it is made a technical report, a estate road layout, a preliminary design of technological implementation, a site equipment, a time and financial schedule, a design of the main building machines and mechanism, technological specifications and test plan. The other topic is a contract of work, a project budget, a comparison of roof production technology and a special topic is a structural analysis of roof girder.

As part of this work, the construction site plan with composition of site equipment was designed as well as technical report of the construction site, technological regulation for groundwork and deep foundation, technological regulation for construction of foundation, machine assembly design, wider traffic routes plan, quality control and testing plan of groundwork, budget.

Load-displacement behavior of ductile micropiles in cohesive soils

This thesis is focused on creation of mobilization curves, based on data, obtained from standard and detailed monitoring of the load test. The load test was performed on the 9 meters long ductile micropile. The first part of the thesis explains the methods and principles, which was used to construct the mobilization curves. Next there is description of the technologies of ductile micropiles and the load test. In the next part of the thesis is generally explained process, which was applied to the evaluated data. For evaluation was used spreadsheet Microsoft Excel and programming language Matlab, with Kernel Smoothing extension. In the last chapter of the thesis there are interpreted the load transfer function together with skin friction and micropile displacement.

This bachelor thesis focuses on a technological phase of laying foundations of a detached house using drilled micropiles. The foundation features in the given location are complicated because of thick layer of construction debris. The condition of sufficient load-bearing capacity of subsoil is fulfilled first by the deeper maternal rock. The main aims of the thesis are to prepare technological procedure for earthworks and for application of micropiles, to solve construction logistics, to plan financial and time aspects, to propose machinery, to inspect quality of building process and finally to guarantee safety while working.

Thesis provides an insight into the inspection and testing plan of micropiles, the situation concerning broader transportation relations with traffic routes, itemized budget with land area, timetable, draft of major machines and mechanisms. Furthermore, the thesis contains drawing formwork of external extension, layout plan, details of the wall casing.
