Software Support of the Financial Analysis

The bachelor thesis Software Support of the Financial Analysis of the Company deals with the financial situation of the enterprise using the produced software for calculating the financial analysis. Its theoretical part describes the basic methods of financial analysis, the financial indexes, the background of the language Visual Basic and makes a characteristics of the chosen methods including their advantages and limitations. The second part deals with the programme whose backbone is created by Excel and Microsoft Visual Basic. This programme is designed namely by means of the two above mentioned programmes. In the following part of the thesis the financial analysis of a concrete company was carried out, focussing on significant financial characteristics – viability, liquidity, indebtedness, business activity and market value.

Automated Processing of Acoustic Measurements

The goal of the Semestral thesis is to develop and describe application for automatized processing of the outputs from sound level meter NTi XL2. Application is developed in Integrated Development Enviroment Visual Basic for Application and realized in Microsoft Excel. It evaluates various types of outputs, processes its results and display the measurement protocol, including graphs of selected variables and measurement uncertainty. Theoretical part is focused on electroacustics required for understanding and processing measurement.

The Use of Statistical Methods for Data Processing

In this bachelor´s thesis, the financial situation of the Quantum, a.s. Company is analyzed by performing financial and statistical analysis on the data obtained from the company’s financial statements. This thesis is divided into three main parts, the first part is focused on the theoretical base which is important for understanding issues related to this bachelor´s thesis. The second part describes the Quantum, a.s. Company and deals with the data analysis using financial indicators and statistical methods, all calculations are performed in this part. The last part provides suggestions for improving financial situation of the company based on the results of analysis.

The thesis is focused on analysing the current situation of OBI Centrum, spol. s r.o., company engaged in manufacturing and assembling of chimneys and chimney parts and on analysing the information system of the company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part addresses the theoretical bases. The second part analyses the current situation of the company, evaluating the quality of informational system and the company in general. The last part presents a proposed solution to the problem revealed by the analysis.

The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Evaluation of Quality of Customers

This master thesis deals with the application of fuzzy logic for evaluating the quality of customers in company PPL CZ s.r.o. For evaluation was used Microsoft Excel and MathWorks MATLAB. There are going to be created models using fuzzy logic. The introductory part is devoted to the theoretical bases that are necessary to understand the whole issue. The second part includes information about the company and analyzes of the current situation. Finally, the last part presents fuzzy models used to evaluation of existing customers.

The diploma thesis employs modern analysing and simulating methods. It enables the application of fuzzy logic in supplier selection and evaluation of its potential risks to construction companies. This work is aimed at defining the problem and determining the overall and particular goals, namely theoretical description of the principle of used artificial intelligence theory, problem description and analysis, current situation as-sessment, proposed solution implementation and evaluation of proposed solution con-tribution.

The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Rating of Suppliers for the Firm

This diploma thesis deals with development of a fuzzy decision-making system for evaluating of REONTECH CZ s.r.o. company suppliers. The first part is dedicated to theory of fuzzy logic. The next part contains firstly an analysis of the current situation and then a description of the development process of the fuzzy decision-making system. The main outcome of this thesis is a tool that meets needs and requirements of the company and serves as a decision-making support tool.
