Multifunctional house in Brno

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building solution of a multifunctional house founded on the edge of „the Old“ Líšeň in Brno as a follow up to a panel development of the residential buildings from the 80’s years of the last century (so called „the New“ Líšeň). The design is based on the position on undeveloped steep slope overgrown by green vegetation, on the form of the surrounding buildings and also on needs for the creation of family housing as well as the needs of residents of the particular district. The suggested object includes two different units – the solution of eight flats, including one accessible flat with housing equipment and space for services – café and fitness centre. The multifunctional house consists of two above-grounf floors, basement and of the flat roof. It is located in the northern part of the slope, where is the best available from the traffic and besides provides a remarkable view on the city. The object creates a symetrical compact matter, which with each ground floor stands back, so that the spacious terraces could be established. The dominant of the project is a covered passage, which intersect the matter in the axis, so it takes a shortcut through the building. The place serves as a hotel-based, relaxing space constituted by fast-food stands and playground. The southern part of the covered passage continues in a hotel-based stairway allowing undisturbed recreation. The intention of the project is a formation of a compact unit, which separates the two operations, so that the layout of communication remains and the best orientation to all cardinal points is enabled. In the basement is situated the café with an outside terrace and fitness centre, both with the entrance from the southern side. The multifunctional building in Brno Zidenice

Corner building is located in part of city Brno – Zidenice. Object is separate on two function parts – first one is the healthcare center with practitioner and specialist doctors offices, that part is situated in the first floor. Second part is the flats and the parking in the basement belong to those flats. Land lot has a shape of rectangle same as the building. Modul scheme of columns divides object into square parts. By gradually deleting these square parts created object into terraced apartment building. These terraces are pointed into the courtyard. Deleting one square part in first floor plan is made an atrium space accessible from waiting room of healthcare center. Terraces for each apartments in another floors are made by same way. Object makes private spaces for its users. Terraces are opened on east, north and west. Important and characteristic part of object is shape of fourth floor, where is wall bevelled inside. Point of this bevel is to make building optically smaller because of neighbouring buildings are lower than apartment house. In future we assume with increasing buildings. Next important part is irregularly arrangement of windows. Main function is to lighten room as much as possible, but even architectural expression of house. Irregular windows of different sizes are in some parts of house added with shiplap facade window system, which allows big format glass and ventilation. Behind these big windows is sliding patio doors.

Multifunctional house in Karlovy Vary

The project solves a multifunctional Duma building in a vacant lot, contemplated the construction site is located in Carlsbad, in the street Vyhlíce. This is a protected site spa. Part of the project's layout and structural design of the house. It is a six-storey house with an attic and a basement floor. It is designed as a free-standing in the gap as the final house. The layout is divided into two complete units with their own input. There are spaces for business and residential units for permanent housing. Part of the living area are also room house equipment. Inputs to both parts are wheelchair accessible. The house is not wheelchair The house is designed as a brick building of brick masonry Porotherm the module dimensions of 250 (125) mm with reinforced concrete ceilings. Roofed by a hipped roof. The house is located on a private plot of 519 m2 built-up area of 221 m2. The land is gently sloping. The main orientation of the building to the cardinal's east and west. The south wall is adjacent to the neighboring house.

Multifunctional house in Velké Opatovice

This master's thesis addresses the processing of project documentation for construction of three storey, multifunctional house in Velké Opatovice. The building is designed on flat terrain, it is terrace graded to the east and south and has a warm flat roof. On the first floor there is a pharmacy, travel agency, textile shop and technical facilities of the building. On the second floor there is an office space for advertising and graphics company. The third floor is designed as a large-area apartment for a family of four.

This diploma thesis deals with the desing documentation of a multifunctional house. The building is three-storeyed. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. This building is divided into three working parts. First part is used for medical clinic and pharmacy business. This section is wheelchair accessible. The second part of the building is designed as office space. In incudles office space, archive and hygiene facilitites for staff. The third part of building is for housing. Includes 2 apartments and associated storages. The building is designed from the structural systém POROTHERM and has rectangular plan shape with beveled edges.

Master´s thesis includes the design and construction plan for a multifunctional house in Praha - Karlín with a places of business in the stage of project documentation for construction. The multifunctional house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one basement, five above grade storeys. The roof is designed as a saddle. To the building lead a pedestrian and acces roads and lan dis fenced. The main part of the building is invented for living, groundfloor is using for comercial purposes.

Multifunctional house in Svitavy

This project deals with a design of a multifunctional house in Svitavy. The object is designed as a building without a basement, detached house with four above-ground floors. It is fitted into flat terrain. Newly built multifunctional house serves two main functions. The first is the creation of nine housing units, which are accessible from the central staircase and have an individually designed entrance. The second function of the new building is commercial utilization. There are three business premises in the house, each of them has its own sanitary facilities and separate entrance. The roof is designed as single-layered, flat, composed of asphalt strips. The structural system of the building is brick, made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system.

The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.

Multifunctional house in Brno, Chernivtsi - construction technology project

The aim of this master's thesis is the construction-technological project of the entire building focusing on major construction building - Multifunctional house, which is based on large-diameter piles. The main part of thesis are budget of object and time schedules of construction. Part of the thesis is organization of construction and design of the site eguipment, technological regulation of selected work, quality control and solving transport relations including oversize cargo. It also deals with the design of mechanical assemblies, health and safety, safety of environment and design of instructions for use of building.
