Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací novostavby polyfunkčního domu. Jedná se třípodlažní objekt. Střešní konstrukce je navržena jako jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Budova je rozdělena do tří provozních částí. První část slouží pro lékařské ordinace a provozovnu lékárny. Tato část je řešena jako bezbariérová. Druhá část budovy je navržena jako kancelářské prostory. Zahrnuje prostory kanceláří, spisovny a hygienického zázemí pro zaměstnance. Třetí část je určena pro bydlení. Zahrnuje 2 byty o velikosti 4 + kk a přidružené sklady. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému POROTHERM a má obdélníkový půdorysný tvar se zkosenými hranami. This diploma thesis deals with the desing documentation of a multifunctional house. The building is three-storeyed. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. This building is divided into three working parts. First part is used for medical clinic and pharmacy business. This section is wheelchair accessible. The second part of the building is designed as office space. In incudles office space, archive and hygiene facilitites for staff. The third part of building is for housing. Includes 2 apartments and associated storages. The building is designed from the structural systém POROTHERM and has rectangular plan shape with beveled edges.
