Proposal and implementation of procedures for automated response of security incidents
Hons, Kamil ; Safonov, Yehor (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the development of proposals for procedures for dealing with security incidents, both from a theoretical and practical point of view. Three generic scenarios in the form of graphical diagrams, designed in Inkscape program, were created as a theoretical template for the automatic handling of security incidents. The first proposed scenario suggests a general procedure for dealing with an event in which an email attachment is marked as suspicious. The second scenario serves as a suggested procedure for handling an event, where an untrusted external IP address is suspected to be communicating with a local one. The third scenario then suggests an investigation procedure for events, where a suspicious file on a remote device needs to be investigated. Based on these created scenarios, a practical implementation of procedures for automized solving of security incidents was performed and documented in the Python programming language within the Splunk Phantom environment. As part of the documentation of the scenario implementation, two audiovisual demonstrations were created to illustrate the designed environment and the functionality of the implemented scenarios using programs such as OBS and Blender. The individual implementations are tested at the end of the thesis by running them automatically over events from a defined time range. The results are clearly analyzed in the form of tables to determine the success of these scenarios, which is based on checking how the analysis results differ from the original assumptions. Based on the analysis, the practical implementations of the scenarios have been modified to ensure that their output matches with the assumption. Thus, results are three proposed, tested and analyzed scenarios, which can further serve as a basis for specific implementations in a corporate information system. The actual implementation of the theoretical scenarios was carried out within a testing environment and the work includes a description of the communication and a setup of the environment. Finally, the results of the individual scenarios were described.

This bachelor thesis deals with work of radiology assistant in different operating theatres in Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. History and the invention of X-ray radiation is summarised in theoretical part. Individual mobile C arms used in operating theatres are described here. Starting with construction, movement to skiassopic modes in which they can operate. A short description of operating theatres in which radiology assistant can work are described here as well. It is Accident and plastic surgery (hereinafter referred to as Traumatology), Neurosurgery, Orthopedic and Urology department. Radiation protection which is very important in protecting personnel from ionising radiation is summarised in the last part. The aim of the thesis was to describe the role of radiology assistant in chosen operating theatres of Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s. This aim was fulfilled in practical part where procedures of radiology assistant during chosen operations were described. Practical part also includes individual analysis of number and types of most carried out procedures under skiassopic control in the year 2021 from chosen departments. And statistical comparison of increase of operating procedures carried out under skiassopic control in a period of five years. All according to increase of number of new types of operation procedures. The thesis in itself should, from my point of view, be used as an educational text mainly for students and future radiology assistants who will carry out work in operating theatre.
Simulation Teaching of Bladder Catheterization of Women
MAIEROVÁ, Pavla
The bachelor´s thesis is focused on simulation teaching of catheterization of the bladder in women. Simulation teaching is an innovative educational method in which students acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes of nursing methods in a controlled environment. This method leads to improving of the quality of care in clinical practice and ensuring the patient safety. The theoretical part deals with the simulation teaching, individual phases of simulation teaching and the procedure of urinary catheter insertion. It also deals with the phase of planning, implementation and evaluation. Individual phases are an essential part of a quality simulation process. The procedure of permanent urinary catheterization itself is incorporated into the scenario of simulation teaching. The scenario is divided into three parts that deal with the nursing procedure before, during and after the procedure. The theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis does not omit the necessary information related to permanent urinary catheterization, such as types of urinary catheterization, indications and contraindications of permanent urinary catheterization, including the risk of the development of complications. The aim of the thesis is to determine the critical points of the insertion of a permanent urinary catheter without the assistance of another person. Therefore it is important for students to coordinate the whole process of the procedure properly, maintain asepsis and not forget to communicate with the patient. The research part is implemented using a qualitative method of research investigation, where the research set consists of students of the 3rd year from the selected faculty of the General Nurse study program. Through semi-structured observation, critical points in the process of catheterization of the bladder in women are detected. Critical points are directed to the procedure before, during and after urinary catheterization. Using a semi-structured interview, students' recommendations regarding simulation teaching of permanent urinary catheterization of women are also investigated.
