Industrial robots with paralell kinematics structures
Šabart, Adam ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The Bachelor’s thesis is focusing on the problems and the state of the current knowledge in robots having parallel kinematic structure. For better understanding, first of all, the words used are defined, and this definition is followed by the description of the historical developments of parallel kinematics. The subsequent chapter comprises the analysis of structures and the division of parallel mechanisms. This is followed by the basic division of kinematic structures of robots and their comparison. In conclusion attention is paid to the parallel robots utilized in practice and their expected development.
Safety Systems for Robotic Work Cells
Baláková, Marie ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of ensuring the safety of robotic work cells. This thesis contains a theoretical introduction to the topic of industrial robots. Further on the thesis is focused on summarizing the current legislation and safety systems related to the robotic work cells. The last part deals with the exemplary task of ensuring the safety of a particular work cell with integrated ABB robot.
Design of a Manipulation Task for KUKA Industrial Robot
Heinrich, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with dilemma of industrial robots. The study gradually describes basic types of the manipulating industrial robots, their characteristic features, production and sales numbers. Furthermore the study refers to the electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and vacuum driven grippers. In the last part, three different ways of programming move task are presented using industrial robot named KUKA and vacuum gripper. The results show three programs in the KRL code inclusive of the description.
Programming of KUKA industrial robots
Dvořák, Radim ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis discusses with analysis of current options of industrial robots programming. It deals with manipulating industrial robots, their different programming types, properties, comparison and introduces with new trends in the field of on-line, off-line and CAD/CAM programming. Demonstration gripping task with vacuum gripper, whose resulting in a general algorithm and manipulation program for KUKA robot, is solved in final part of this thesis.
Manipulation operations with industrial robots
Jašíček, Radek ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with industrial robot grippers. It discusses various types of grippers detailing the electric and pneumatic and comparing them with each other based on technical and economic criteria. Part of this work is an analysis of a material handling operation with industrial robot along with the creation of a control program for this operation.
Complex design of industrial manipulator analysis
Peml, Luboš ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Březina, Lukáš (advisor)
The work deals with analysis of industial manipulator complex design procedure and demostrates major issues of that procedure on plannar manipulator example using Simulink and MSC Adams.
Simulation tools for CAD/CAM robot programming
Nagy, Marek ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is focused on simulation, off-line programming and familiarization with KUKA robot. It informs about the composition, coordinate systems and the possibilities of movement of the industrial robot. It introduces methods of on-line and off-line programming and analysis of software for off-line programming aimed on CAD / CAM machining. It describes the creation of specific robot movements and explains the generated code for the implementation of created movements. The result is the creation of a functional illustrative application with KUKA robot.
Current possibilities and trends for programming of industrial robots
Hlavatý, Michal ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
Bachelor thesis focuses on describing of actual methods of industrial robots' programming. It compares main types of methods and informs about new trends in robots' programming as are force/torque control and human-robot interaction. Product of this thesis is to point out pros and cons of this types and to specify their proper use in industrial sphere.
End Effectors in Robotics
Flekal, Lukáš ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with problems of industrial robotics. The thesis covers the standard types of industrial robots and manipulators. Further deals with division and description types of end effectors with view to grippers, that are out of print in more detail with description keystone of their function, construction and their practical usage. There is also a practical case description of the design and selection procedure of a gripper module, which is shown together with drawing of flange for joining to the industrial robot.
Industrial robot application in area forming technology
Coufal, Jiří ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to familiarize a reader with the application of the industrial robots in the forming technology area. It presents the chosen forming metal proceedings and the typical forming machines, especially the sorts of the industrial robots and the manipulators (allocation, classification, robot producers). The bachelor thesis describes the current industrial robots and the manipulators used in the industrial applications and the forming metal technology. The characteristic pictures with legends display all the related problems.
