The small-scale public contracts and their legal regulations in the Czech republic The goal of this thesis is to make a brief characteristics of a legal insitut of the small- scale public contracts and its legal regulations in the Czech republic with regard to international law and law of the European Union. The tesis in their openning chapters approaches and explains a term and importance of the small-scale public contracts as applicable law recognizes them recently, whereas does not omit an importance of historical consequences of recent law with rules of the times of the Austria-Hungary. Then this thesis deals with the rules of public procurement in the form of the small-scale public contracts according to the legislation which was contained in a code No. 199/1994 C.l., of commission of public contracts and in a code No. 40/2004 C.l., of public contracts. The thesis analyses modern internal legislation - a code No. 137/2006 C.l., of public contracts and gives a focus on the changes which should be brought by the approval of the last amandement of this act by the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech republic and emphasises an effect of these changes on the small-scale public contracts. Hiring and adaptation process of employees in a selected company

The thesis focuses on the issue of hiring and adaptation process of new employees in the company XY, branch Czech Republic. It is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is based on literature study defines basic terms, context and theoretical background related to the respective area. The practical part is a presentation of selected listed company and is dedicated to the analysis and evaluation of the current process of hiring and adaptation process in this company. The aim of the practical part is based on an analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the current concept of hiring and adaptation process in a selected company and to provide suggestions and recommendations that could lead to the entire process improvement.
Analysis of the employee Benefits in Specific Organization

The main subject of my Bachelor's Thesis called "Analysis of employee Benefits in Specific Organization" is to analyze system of employee benefits used in company RWE Transgas, a. s. in 2010. Theoretical part will specify basic terms in general, which are important to cope with this issue. There will be especially importance, division, risks and trends in benefits. In practical part the analysis of employee benefits in specific joint-stock company is made. Part of this analysis is survey done by questionnaire to verify preferences of employee benefits between selected employees. Results of research will be compared with current trend in provision benefits and nationwide research done by company Robert Half International. By results provided some new employee benefits will be suggested to organization to motivate employees and to give tax advantages to organization.
