Naked perspectives
Škodová, Radka ; Spáčilová Blažková, Kateřina (referee) ; Rathouský, Luděk (advisor)
Depiction of the female body, including physical and psychological aspects that penetrate the intimate sphere. The physical and psychological struggles associated with the everyday realities of women's lives. The depictions of women within this project highlight their strength, but also reflect a personal depth of expression, adding a new dimension to the theme of femininity in art. Although the figures are perceived as universal beings, they gradually take on the form of the female students themselves as a result of the transmission of their own thought patterns. In the contrast between the personal and the universal, they create works that reveal a new perspective on the female nude, moving away from the historical narrative created by the male gaze. A theoretical treatment of the vast subject of the female nude in art from multiple perspectives and an attempt to link theoretical knowledge with practical representation in painting.
Company Performance Evaluation Using the Start Mode
Chládková, Andrea ; Hrózová, Michaela (referee) ; Kocmanová, Alena (advisor)
The diploma thesis focuses on evaluating the performance of the company SONET, s.r.o. over the period of 2018-2022. Financial analysis and the START model will be utilized for the evaluation. The first part deals with the theoretical background to provide a better understanding of the issue at hand. The following section contains financial analysis and evaluation of the model, based on which the final part of the thesis will propose potential improvements for the company.
Comparison of Income Taxation of Self-emloyed Persons and Limited Liability Companies
Skálová, Johanka ; Cikánková, Petra (referee) ; Kopřiva, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of taxation for self-employed individuals and limited liability companies. The theoretical part elucidates the issues of taxes, theories related to both personal and legal entities, description of various types of legal entities with emphasis on limited liability companies, and the advantages or disadvantages between a self-employed individual and a limited liability company. In the practical part, the theory is applied to determine which form of business is optimal for the selected entrepreneur. Finally, the results are compared and evaluated.
Implementation of automatic controls of electrical signals for the monitoring system of the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant
Mareček, Michal ; Novotný, Pavel (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with individual electrical devices for self-consumption, focusing on production blocks of the nuclear power plant Temelín, which are continuously monitored by the superior electrical monitoring system NEMES. A key element is the description of the areas of power output and self-consumption of the electrical blocks of the power plant, including the NEMES system, necessary for the design of automatic checks of the measured electrical signals reliability. Knowledge of the device concept and operating modes is crucial to the successful implementation of NEMES system signal checks in logical links and in view of deviations from the band of operating values. The subject of the thesis is to propose limits for all main electrical equipment together with blocking conditions for performing automatic checks of the reliability of the monitored signals by the NEMES system, which will be of great benefit to the end user - the operator of the Temelín nuclear power plant.
The influence of thermal fluctuations on the stability of self-assembled Casimir microcavities
Hošková, Michaela ; Antosiewicz, Tomasz (referee) ; Shegai, Timur (advisor)
V této studii byly k řešení tohoto problému použity experimentální a teoretické techniky zkoumající vliv teplotních fluktuací (TF) na tyto systémy. K měření TF a experimentálnímu mapování Casimirova elektrostatického potenciálu byla použita optická mikroskopie a reflexní spektroskopie, zatímco pravděpodobnostní model zahrnující Boltzmannův faktor poskytl teoretická vysvětlení interakčního potenciálu. Tento přístup potvrzuje přítomnost kvantově atraktivní Casimirovy síly v dutinách a odhaluje mechanismy stability a limity laditelnosti CaSA v roztocích povrchově aktivních látek a solí. Dále tato studie představuje novou optickou metodu pro analýzu interakcí v nanoměřítku a rozšiřuje potenciál aplikací CaSA v pokročilých nanofotonických systémech a koloidní a polaritonické chemii.
Tax optimisation of an entrepreneur operating a pet shop
Kollertová, Michaela ; Bělušová, Kristýna (referee) ; Kalová, Dagmar (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with optimizing personal income tax in connection with tax record keeping. The significance of this thesis is to evaluate the current tax situation of a selected taxpayer based on a thorough analysis of income and expenses, assets, and debts and to propose appropriate optimization methods to reduce his tax liability. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic concepts related to the issue and are necessary for the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The result of the analytical part of the thesis is the selection of appropriate tax optimization methods, which were consulted with the selected taxpayer.
Tax evidence as a method of the evidence of economic transactions
Juřenová, Adéla ; Gabrielová, Lenka (referee) ; Kalová, Dagmar (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the use of the method of recording the economic transactions of entrepreneurs, especially the method of keeping tax records for the chosen entrepreneur. First, the theoretical requirements for tax records are defined based on a literature review. Then, in the analytical part, the management of the tax records of the selected entrepreneur is analyzed. At the end, there are two options that will lead to tax optimization and the correctness of the entrepreneur's tax records.
Organic bicomponent layers formed by electron acceptors and donors on metals
Šebestová, Zuzana ; Průša, Stanislav (referee) ; Krajňák, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the description of preparation and characterization of bicomponent layers made of organic molecules tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) and 4,4’-biphenyl dicarboxylic acid (BDA) on Ag(111) substrate under ultra high vacuum (UHV) conditions. The work initially focuses on covering the Ag(111) surface with individual molecules separately, and then on the co-deposition of both molecules simultaneously. The influence of the order and duration of depositions on the resulting mixed structure is examined. This thesis also includes the results of mixed structures formed by fully protonated and deprotonated BDA molecules. A low-energy electron microscope (LEEM) and a scanning tunneling microscope (STM) were used to subsequently characterize the fabricated heteromolecular structures. The measured data of the mixed structures were complemented by reciprocal and real space models with a specified unit cell.
Untitled
Belanec, Radek ; Málek, Štěpán (referee) ; Korbička, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor thesis of Radek Belanc will consist in the realization of a physically accessible spatial object, balancing on the borderline between sculpture and architecture, created in the logic of a building block, allowing the transformation of the shape of the object based on the site-specific conditions of the chosen locations. The process of work will also be a rehab therapy from alcohol addiction, the symptoms of which will be imprinted in the final work.
The Optimal Busineess Form for a Newly Established Tattoo Studio

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of business options for a newly established tattoo studio. The thesis proposes a business plan and also compares the forms of a self-employed person and a limited liability company. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the basic concepts related to entrepreneurship and legal forms of business. The analytical part of the thesis deals with the research of the current market situation. In the design part, a business plan is drafted and recommendations are made regarding the optimal legal form of business.
