Sports and Leisure Centre Brno

The theme of the dissertation titled the Centre of Sport and Leisure Time in Brno is a design of a relaxing and sport site „Centrum Lužánky“. The subject of this project is architectonic-city-planning study, which deals with elaborating a concept of a sport centre behind Lužánky in Brno-Ponava. This dissertation contains details of the facility and the area of the current swimming pool Lužánky. The current state of the facility built in 1979 doesn’t meet requirements of visitors and sportsmen anymore. The main aim of this project is the reconstruction of the current fifty-meter swimming pool, a design of a new swimming pool placed under the ground floor of the current building, which will provide space for organizing international competitions, trainings of professional sportsmen, etc. At the same time the busyness of the current swimming pools would be lowered by building a new indoor and outdoor waterpark, especially for the group of recreational visitors. The attractiveness of the facility will be increased by the newly designed park relaxing area and proposed multipurpose area, used as a sports field in the summer and as an ice ring in the winter. Additional value of the facility is comprised by an indoor and outdoor café and large relaxing area on the roof of the waterpark. The whole area increases the community facility availability by a proposed wide range of services for health, relax and sport. The advantage of the whole concept is the mutual connection of all facilities. The entrance to the area is shortened by a designed pedestrian bridge, accessible from the south and north busy areas. The whole project is enhanced by increased number of new parking places, located particularly along the access road, the street Sportovní, going through a green zone. New form of participation in restoration of small and middle cities

Main goal is analyse of contemporary status in restoration of Low Austria and South Moravia and eduction of results for steps which are leading to successful restoration in future. Confrontation of present method in restoration of country Low Austria and South Moravia and sighting of current trends in restoration on european level can show the way to project, when we want to pass on experience and to indicate the support of restoration and to participace with restoration abroad. Creating of vision is really good satisfaction of the work. Between limit South Moravia and Low Austria we can see historical parallel. I tis famous time of Austria – Hungarian monarchy, but also eco - devastation without plans and agro culture. Small and middle small cities of South Moravia begins in time after revolution with searching of new identity, with searching of new ways how to hold out market rivalry to another cities. Rightly effort to unfold and develop current system after the fashion of friends from Low Austria.

Construction technological project of sports hall construction

The thesis deals with Komenského Street sports hall construction in Lysá nad Labem. Although partially dealing with construction of all parts, in detail it studies gym construction, focusing on time management, technology and resources of implementation. The thesis is divided into the drawing and text parts. The former includes site facilities design and building situation. The latter consists of the main part construction project implementation study, itemized budget, time schedule, technological regulations, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of the main construction part 1st floor reinforced concrete columns and walls, construction machines and mechanisms design as well as time and financial schedule.

The subject of this thesis is to address the roof of a residential building in Prague 8. All attachments solves the type of roof hipped roofs and flat roofs. Construction Technology project work solves a given technological stage primarily to organization, including drawing, building equipment, budget, technological specification for roofing the building, the schedule of the technological steps, design of machine assembly, quality requirements and ensure safety and structural details.

Wi-Fi Password Cracking

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issues of Wi-Fi networks security. The first part of thesis is about security options and issues related to those options. Next part compares most used tools for Wi-Fi attacks and lists features of those tools. Best tool is then used and software for sniffing communication between access point and client is created. Sniffing tool is created in two version, one version is used for standalone devices and another one for probe developed on FIT BUT.

Construction Technology project deals with the new building of the Labour Office in Brno. It is the administrative building of six floors above ground and one basement floor. The building has the shape of a trapezoid. Vertical and horizontal structures are designed of reinforced concrete substructure is designed of waterproof concrete system called white tub. The project includes a technical report on the construction technology of the project, coordinating the construction situation, time and financial plan for the objects, the study of the main technological stages, the project site equipment, design of the main building machines, the schedule of the main building structure, schedule, resourcing, technical regulations for selected activities inspection and test plans for selected activities and comparing two roof building.

Analysis of the Valuation Methods for an Industrial Site

The thesis "Analysis of the valuation methods for an industrial site" deals, as the name suggests, with the analysis of the valuation methods for an industrial site. An industrial site will be valued in accordance with the valid valuation rules and then by an open market price. The calculation of the valuation will be divided into the valuation of the building and the appropriate sites. All methods used will be sufficiently analyzed and compared. In common with the valuation process, the main factors affecting the cost of an industrial building and the site will be determined. In the first part of the thesis I will devote the theoretical appraisal, in the second part of the thesis I will devote the practical use of valuation methods.

Technical infrastructure in cities

This bachelor's thesis consists of three parts: Theory, calculation and project. Theory deals with possibilities of laying utilities into the ground, collectors, technical corridors, technical cannals, basement manifolds and to the overhead lines. Furthermore, the issue of coordination between utilities and greenery both in the Czech Republic and abroad is also addresed. The calculation part includes water demand, rainwater quantity and waste water balance calculations. Project contains the accompanying report, technical report and drawings. It focuses on the Jircháře street located in Staré Brno, where a new apartment building has already been built, for which new relocation of utilities from Jircháře street to Kopečná street had to be made.

The work includes a study of the implementation of all works, site, time and financial plan, design the main building mechanisms, time standard, schedule, technical regulations of selected stages, inspection and test plan, a contract for work, thermal technical assessment of circuit design and label envelopes building.
