This Bachelor’s thesis is focused on an evaluation of financial situation of the company MVVS Inc. and on proposals of its improvement. For the calculations I have used years 2012 - 2018. The first part of this thesis aims at theory. Terms, methods, and formulas, which occur in this theses, are described. In the second part of this thesis, the company MVVS Inc. is introduced. I conducted a full financial analysis and then I summarized all results. As a conclusion, I suggested a solution which would improve the situation of this company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial situation of the company K4 a. s. for the period from 1. 4. 2014 to 31. 3. 2018 and the formulation of proposals for improvement her current financial situation. Theoretical part explains the financial analysis, the various methods and indicators. The practical part contains the analysis performed by the calculations of the individual indicators, interpretation of the results and graphical representation. In the conclusion there are provided proposals that can be used to improve the current financial situation of the company.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of organisation JEDNOTA, spotřební družstvo v Boskovicích in years 2008 – 2012 using the methods of financial analysis. Bachelor thesis is dividend into four parts: theoretical, methodological, practical part and proposal part. The theoretical part contains not only basic information about the company, but also the theoretical basis of the work. The methodological section contains methodological procedures, which are applied in the practical part and are used in the achal application of financial analysis.

In this bachelor´s thesis the financial situation of the company Zálesí a.s. is being evaluated. In the first part brief information about the development and present situation of the company is included. In the next part necessary theoretical knowledge is decribed. This is needed for evaluation of the situation of the company and this theoretical knowledge is applied in the next part. The last point is the analysis of the problem and the making of a proposal for solving the ascertained situation.

Bechelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of company Gozmetal s.r.o. in the period from 2011 to 2015. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, there are describes tools of financial analysis that will be used in thesis. Second part is analysis of current state of the company. Results of second part will be used as basic for the creation of proposals leading to improvement in financial situation of the company.
