Design and Implementation of a System for the Management and Administration of Project Documentation in the Portfolio of IT Projects

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for modification of the company's information system to support project management. This modification should facilitate, standardize and define how project documentation will be handled, where it will be stored and who will be responsible for its management. Therefore, the main task is to introduce and implement this solution in the form of a document library that will be assigned to each project page, as well as an approval process over the documents, a report to track the status and communicate this change to the IT organization at Garrett Advancing Motion. The theoretical background of the thesis such as project management and information technology to support project management is described at the beginning of the thesis. Based on these concepts, an analysis of the company, the actual design of the solution and an evaluation is then carried out.

Project Proposal to Electronization of Staff Forms

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of computerization of HR forms in order to streamline the processes of data management and processing in the field of human resources. The thesis is structured into three main parts, which are the theoretical part, the analysis of the company and the suggestions for improving the solutions of the project. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical background of concepts such as project, project management, describes the project life cycle and the different methods used in the pre-project phase or the methods and techniques used in the project phase of the project. The following part of the project focuses on the description of the company in which the issue is addressed and the analysis using properly identified methods and analyses, such as SLEPT and 7S. The conclusion of the thesis is oriented towards the actual suggestions for improvement based on the previous analysis results.

Bicycle Path Construction Project Proposal

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a design project for the construction of a bicycle path leading through the municipalities of Střelice, Troubsko and Ostopovice. The contracting authority and at the same time the project supporter are the affected municipalities. The diploma thesis contains theoretical knowledge, which is compared with reality, an analysis of user needs, a proposal for analyzes needed to create project management documentation, and an economic evaluation.

The first part is dedicated to the history and development of these fibers, the second part compares their properties with commonly used cables, the third part describes the basic network elements and the fundamentals of network security, and the fourth part focuses on a practical project using this cabling and evaluates its economic aspect and overall utility derived from the project.

The subject of the thesis is to create a feasibility study of the construction of a new equestrian area Za Obzorem for the project sponsor with a focus on the technical and economic aspects of the project. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first part of the text is focused on theoretical knowledge and introductory involvement of the reader in the issues of the work. The following analytical section gradually introduces the nature of the project and looks into the pre-project analyses, which are used to visualise the feasibility study itself in the last part of the thesis.

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation and management of a construction contract from the contractor's point of view. The content of the bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarizes the basic concepts of project management, preparation and implementation of a construction contract. The practical part is solved on a specific construction contract of Křižík pavilions in Prague. The result of the bachelor thesis is documentation for the preparation and management of the construction contract.
