Terraced houses Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of seven family terraced houses in the newly developing residential part of the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in the Vysočina region. Terraced houses are two-storey without a basement. The houses are based on concrete wall footings. The vertical structures are made of aerated concrete system blocks, the horizontal structures are made of prestressed SPIROLL ceiling panels. The roof is designed as a flat single skin with a PVC coating. The technical background of the house and common areas are located on the 1st floor. Utility room, garage, living room and dining room with kitchen. In the central part of the house, a staircase with slanting steps rises from the corridor to the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom, two rooms, a study, a storage room and a bathroom. Family terraced houses are designed as buildings with almost zero energy consumption.
Warehouse with administration in the town of Chrudim

This master thesis focused on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of a storage area with an administrative building, consisting of the premises SO01 - administrative building and SO02 - warehouse. Objects are located on parcels no. 3485, 3486, 1770/10, in the cadastre unit Chrudim. Traffic connection is provided by the exit from the car park on the local road. All engineering infrastructure engineering networks are located near the site. The design of the building respects the local zoning plan. Project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards. The project deals with a building functionally divided into objects SO01 and SO02, which are operationally and structurally connected. Object constructions are statically independent of each other. Object SO01 is used for administrative purposes and as a background for employees. In the basement of the building there are technical facilities and an archive. Object SO02 is intended for the storage of construction material intended for storage in dry areas. In addition to the storage space, there is an air conditioning machine room. Object SO01 is designed from a wall construction system of aerated concrete blocks with reinforced concrete ceilings, foundation strips and a flat roof. The SO02 object is designed as an all-metal assembled object with a gable roof and foundation footings. The structural system of the SO02 object is columnar with steel columns. The perimeter shell of the SO01 building is made of 300 mm thick aerated concrete blocks with a 140 mm contact insulation system. The perimeter shell of the SO02 building consists of assembled sandwich panels with a core made of PUR material.
Detached house with a workshop

The aim of bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for realization of new detached house with a workshop. The new building is situated on the edge of the built-up area of the town Velké Pavlovice in the Břeclav district. It is a two-storey, basement and free-standing building. The building is divided into two functional parts, a living area and a design office. The detached house is designed for permanent housing for a five member family. The plan of the building is irregular shape, resembling an inverted letter L. The detached house is based on plain concrete strip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The above-ground part of the building is masonry. The horizontal construction systém is made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The building covering constructions are designed as non-walkable, vegetation and walkable flat roofs. The building is thermal insulated with a ventilated facade partly with timber cladding.
Apartment Building in Sadova

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is located in the cadastral unit of Sadová, Brna town. The apartment building has four floors, a full basement with a flat green roof. On the upper floor there are 14 residential units and in the basement there is a common room, a bicycle shed / carriage house and a cellar. The construction of the building is a wall system. Perimeter basement walls are made of reinforced concrete. The load-bearing masonry in the above-ground floors is made of YTONG aerated concrete blocks, the non-load-bearing masonry consists of Silka acoustic lime-sand blocks. The building is designed to be insulated with an ETICS contact facade made of Multipor mineral thermal insulation boards. The ceiling structure is designed as a reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The staircase is also designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The roof of the building consists of a green flat roof Urbanscape.
Apartment building

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of an apartment building in Vyškov. The building has four floors above and one underground floor. The building has thirteen housing units. Each of the apartments on the fourth floor has its own terrace. The floors from the basement to the fourth floor are connected by a staircase and an elevator shaft. In the basement there is a cellar, bicycle shed and warehouse. There are twenty-one parking spaces on the plot, twenty of which are common and one for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The vertical load-bearing walls of the above-ground part are made of aerated concrete fittings. The underground part of the building is solved by lost formwork. Horizontal load-bearing structures are prefamonolithic. The roof is flat single skin.
Newly-built polyclinic in Rousínov

The subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation for implementation of the construction applied on the newly-built polyclinic in Rousínov. The polyclinic is the detached one, placed in the flat building plot with adjacent parking lot. The whole building is solving continuity on the surrounding local roads and dispersion areas. Basement of this building serves primarily as technical facilities for properly working on this new building. For example it’s about storages, utility room, boiling room, mechanical room etc. The first above-ground floor, where is situated entrance in to the building, from the southeast, is placed pharmacy, medical transport service and the first one doctor’s surgery. In the other above-ground floors are placed another doctor’s surgeries every with different specialization and in the last floor is a section for managers of polyclinic. The building is designed as a cast-in-place concrete frame with infill walls from aerated concrete. This building is based on plain concrete foundation pads and in the middle of span is shear core. Horizontal structures are solved by point-supported slabs with periphery beam and roofing is solved by warm flat roof. Whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation from non-flammable material.
Storage area with administrative building

Objects are located on parcels no. 4006/16, 4006/17, 4006/18, 4006/19, 4006/23, 4006/24, 4006/26, 4006/27, 4006/28, 4006/29, 4006/30, 4006/31, 4006/32, in the cadastre unit Dolní Bojanovice. They are located on an investor's land. Traffic connection is provided by the exit from the car park on the local road. All engineering infrastructure engineering networks are located near the site. The design of the building respects the local zoning plan. Project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards. The project solves the structure functionally divided into objects SO 01 and SO 02, which are both operationally and structurally connected. The construction of objects is statically independent. The object SO 01 is designed for the storage of building material intended for storage in dry rooms. In addition to the storage space there is the air-conditioning machine room. The SO 02 facility serves administrative and staffing facilities. In the basement of the building there are rooms of technical background and archives. The SO 01 is designed as a full-metal mounted object with a counter roof and foundation pads. The design system of the SO 01 object is columnar with steel columns. The SO 02 building is designed from a wall construction system made of aerated concrete blocks with reinforced concrete ceilings, base strips and a flat roof. The SO 01 has a 65.5x20.2 m ground plan. The perimeter shell of the building consists of assembled sandwich panels with a core of pure material. The largest ground plan dimensions of the so 02 are 26.75x10.35 m. The perimeter shell is made up of 375 mm piece concrete blocks with a 150 mm contact system.
Detached house in Brezi with a hairdressers

The subject of my bachelor thesis is processing of design documentation for new building of detached house which is part of Březí village. Object is placed in newly built-up area with a flat terrain. Detached house has construction dispositions for housing a four-member family and a hairdresser´s which is placed in the first floor with the garage, the living room and the kitchen. Attic room is designed like a rest zone. There is a main entrance with the entrance to the garage situated in the northwest side of the house. There is also a entrance to the hairdresser´s on this side of the house. The habitable rooms are in the south side. The roof is designed like a saddle roof with a variable slope and a clay tile roofing. Loadbearing masonry is from aerated concrete and a sand-lime blocks. The whole house has contact thermal insulation system. The construction of ceiling is prefa-monolitic from reinforced concrete beams and aerated concrete liners. The staircases are from aerated concrete blocks.
Semidetached house

The topic of this bachelor´s thesis is preparation of project documentation for new semidetached house in the village of Žerotín. Semidetached house is designed with one above-ground floor, attic and partly with a cellar. The building is designed for two four-member families. Semidetached house plan consists shape ,,H". The building is covered with a gable roof with concrete roofing. Outer walls are insulated contact insulation system. On the first floor, there is a garage for cars. Masonry are made of aerated concrete blocks, floor structure is of reinforced concrete beams and porous concrete inserts.
Public library with cafeteria

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a detailed design of a public library with cafeteria. The building is situated in the developing city area of Jihlava in the cadastral area of Horní Kosov. It has four storeys above ground and no basement floor. The 4th floor has a smaller net floor area than the rest floors. The building is designed also for disabled people. The expected number of employees is 18 and the number of visitors is 150 in a daily average. An entrance to the property is on the Vrchlického street. There is a parking lot in front of the building with a total capacity of 50 parking spaces including three parking spaces for disabled. The cafeteria and its facilities are situated in the ground floor of the building. Browsing area is situated in the second and third floor. The type of the structure is a frame structure with infill walls made of aerated concrete. The building has a double-skin facade. The cladding of the facade is made of fibre-cement boards. There is a curtain wall designed at some sections of the facade. The building has a warm flat roof with a parapet wall and interior roof drains.
