The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new family house and the development of the project at the implementation documentation stage. The objective is to create a project in accordance with current legislation and suitable within the context of the municipal zoning plan. The design should consider the existing terrain and surrounding buildings. It should resolve the layout of the building with regard to the cardinal directions, and appropriately select the construction system and materials used. The new family house is designed as a standalone, two-story, non-basement building for the residence of four people, with a sloping gable roof. The building has a rectangular shape. From the driveway, the house appears as a single-story structure due to the sloping plot, which allows for the lower floor to be partially buried. The entrance floor is thus the first above-ground floor and serves as the main living area, including a study. The lower floor features a spacious living room with a dining area and open kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a bathroom, and a room for storing garden tools and furniture. The building is founded on strip foundations. The structure is constructed from ceramic blocks and is externally insulated with facade polystyrene, finished with a thin-layer silicone plaster. The facade color scheme is a combination of white and light gray. The windows and entrance doors are in anthracite color, as are the windowsills. A gravel walkway will be established around the building. The building is designed to achieve near-zero energy consumption, adhering to low-energy standards.
