Export opportunities for DSP Prerov company in selected Asian markets

This thesis deals with DSP Prerov, spol. s r.o. and with proposed strategy to expand its offer to selected Asian markets. The main aim of this work is to present the company, analysis of selected countries, namely Burma and Vietnam, and then to build a suitable export strategy for the company. The first part is focused on the global development of the sector along with the history of metal industry in Prerov, further attention is also paid to the company itself, within which is a SWOT analysis. The second part handles the export of the company and its promotion on foreign markets. The last chapter of the thesis is the analytical part including an analysis of both the countries listed on the basis of macroeconomic variables. According to monitored indicators are compiled export strategy on selected markets and subsequently recommended to DSP Prerov.
Export strategy for the company Preciosa

The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable export strategy for the company Preciosa Figurky, s.r.o. in Chile. The first chapter briefly characterizes that company, and describes its economic situation and business strategy. Other chapters are devoted to the analysis of the current marketing mix of the company, mutual trade relations between Czech Republic and Chile and there is also a detailed PEST analysis of Chilean market from the perspective of domestic entrepreneurs. The last chapter proposes a specific export strategy, where the greatest emphasis is placed on communication strategy. The company has been successfully operating in other countries in Latin America and export to Chile is due to the economic advancement of this country right strategy.
Czech Economic Diplomacy as Support of Export to Germany

The thesis deals with the Czech economic diplomacy. The aim is to assess the role of the Czech economic diplomacy, especially in terms of support of the foreign trade with Germany. The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter contains the theoretical notion, the second chapter deals with the development of economic diplomacy in the Czech Republic from 1989 until today, the third chapter describes current model of the Czech economic diplomacy. The fourth chapter examine Czech network of export promotion in Germany and the fifth chapter is devoted to case studies of two Czech export companies.
Analysis of export opportunities for the tomotherapy irradiator

The topic of this thesis is the analysis of export opportunities for the tomotherapy irradiator TOMOS. The first part of the thesis addresses new emerging methods of radiation therapy focusing on the research and development of tomotherapy irradiator in particular and the availability of radiation therapy in the world in general. The second part of the thesis provides financial analysis of the tomotherapy research and development project which is executed to evaluate the effectiveness of the project as an investment. Finally, the thesis concludes with the proposition of the most convenient export strategy indicating the perspective territories for trading the tomotherapy irradiator together with the most influential factors for each territory considered.
The Analysis of the Czech foreign trade in strategically important markets

This bachelor's thesis "The Analysis of the Czech foreign trade in strategically important markets" covers five selected markets namely Russia, China, India and Brazil. These markets have been selected on the basis of an export strategy of the Czech Republic for years 2012 -- 2020 prepared by Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyse the Czech trade on these markets and evaluate their potential and risks for the Czech exporters.
Petra-Aqua - company's export strategy on the Austrian market

This thesis has been made in order to devise a suitable export strategy for the company Petra-Aqua Ltd. on the Austrian market. First two chapters contain theory needed for understanding the issues of export strategy. The third chapter deals with trade with animals. The fourth chapter contains information about the company and its market position. The fifth chapter is devoted to the analysis of the Austrian market. PEST analysis, competition analysis and SWOT analysis are also parts of this chapter. In the last, sixth chapter, is a concrete proposal for the company's export strategy.
Export strategy of the Cooperative Granát Turnov

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the description of export strategy of Granát Turnov, cooperative for the art production. The thesis is devided into four chapters, in the first one the cooperative as a way of entrepreneurship is described. The following chapters deal with business of Granát Turnov, especially export activities. Marketing mix is depicted from theorethical, as well as practical site. Finally, the export strategy on the EU market is analyzed, the problem of decrease in exports is determinated and the recommendations are suggested.

My bachelor thesis deals with the pro-export policy of the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to export promotion policies and institutions through which this support is implemented. In the second part, I took a closer look primarily at two of these institutions, namely CzechTrade and CzechInvest, whose work I will try to analyze and evaluate. Based on this work, I would like to verify whether the current market support is sufficient, and to evaluate whether this support is implemented correctly and effectively. In conclusion I also mention the planned merger of these agencies.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the export development of Czech Republic since the 1990s up to the present. In the next part of the thesis is characterized the system of state export support, presenting the main institutions with their main activities and functions in the system of export support of Czech Republic. The last part of the thesis analyses the present Export strategy of Czech Republic for the period of 2012-2020 with the description of main visions, goals and implements of the development and support of the export in Czech Republic.
Export promotion from the perspective of the selected company

The main objective was to investigate the possibility of export promotion for Czech companies, namely Kovohutě Příbram nástupnická, a. s., Products Division. To evaluate the use of the possibilities of export promotion from the perspective of the selected company and propose measures to improve the opportunities.As a secondary objective was determined using the potential to promote exports in selected sectors and appreciation of the use of export promotion. The final output of this work was a recommendation for the company in promoting exports. Because the company does not have a good opinion on a range of support services exports, this recommendation has been prepared only for those services with which the company has a positive experience.
