This diploma work describes below mentioned issues: a plan of construction technology of component called “DC shield” which consists of a block A and a block B, definition of the tasks for “TPV”. Specification of material, production and checking of a semi-product. Determination of the bases, technologies of working and cutting materials. Determination of the manufacturing machines, working out of processing and composition of a tool set. Definition of the jigs, characteristic of the basic changes. Composition of a program and composition of the subroutine systems. Determination of a checking range, measuring and a process of packaging. Economical evaluation with taking account of environmental aspects of the production.

Manufacturing of Components Using a CNC Machine

Bachelor thesis is concerned with sample part production (centering part). First part of thesis is focused on constructive-technological analysis of component, furthemore description of concrete CNC machine, tooling and procedural liquid choice. Setting of NC program in operating system Heidenhain iTNC 530, technological analysis and cutting conditions allocation follow in next thesis part. The complete proces is verified by the machine. The final thesis part is devoted to the finished product presentation,including the semi-product choice and the used material.

Bachelor thesis deals with the production of rotary component (master shaft). In the first part is selected suitable semi-product for the specified component, followed by the assignment of production machines and choise of the appropriate tools. Covered is a technological process, capacitive calculation of VBD and energy consumption including respect for the ecology of production. In the next part the NC programs are created in the control systems called Yasnac and Heidenhain iTNC 530. The final part is devoted to the production of the specified component.

Solution of manufacturing technology of a multi-groove pulley in production procedures coming into consideration regarding the shape of the semi-product, design requirements, technological principles of design, and the impact of work holding on functionality of the machine part. Selection of suitable tools and machine-tools for individual manufacturing operations to reach maximum efficiency of manufacture of the pulley in a small-lot production company.
