Maťáková, Jana ; Stratilová Urválková, Eva (advisor) ; Gajdošová, Veronika (referee)
The Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague, together with the Prague 10 Youth House organises science camps outside Prague and in Prague, at Faculty of Science, every year. All camp leaders must be trained in occupational health and safety (OSH) before the start of the camp to ensure maximum safety of all participants. So far, temporary material has been used for training, a presentation that did not fully meet the requirements of the camp management. Therefore, the aim of the work was to develop suitable didactic materials for OSH training for leaders at science camps. The theoretical part of the thesis compares presentations on OSH available on internet, which however proved to be unsuitable for the required purpose. The practical part describes the developer products, didactic materials, which can be found in the appendixes. These are a guideline that is primarily intended for the trainer and three presentations that are intended for face-to-face training. The guideline serves as a help for trainers who will offer the training in OSH.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the state of knowledge of volunteer fire brigade unit members in Vimperk in the field of theory and procedures in emergencies, and then to compare the knowledge between members who hold different positions. In order to achieve these objectives, hypotheses needed to be established. And H2: The function in volunteer fire brigade units in the Vimperk municipality has an impact on knowledge in the field of theory and procedures in emergencies. In order to achieve the set objectives and verify the hypotheses, a questionnaire survey was conducted and the results were subsequently evaluated using statistical methods. The questionnaire contained 27 questions, two of which were informative. The research sample consisted of 158 volunteer fire brigade unit members operating in Vimperk municipality with extended jurisdiction. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the knowledge of the members reaches to the specified level of 80%. It was also found that the position that members hold in the unit has an impact on their knowledge. Both hypotheses were accepted according to the results obtained. Preparedness of the Poliklinika Žďár nad Sázavou in terms of fire protection
NESIBOVÁ, Vladěna
The aim of this thesis is the field of preparedness of the Poliklinika Žďár nad Sázavou in terms of fire protection, especially its security and risks appearing in the object. All objects are required to comply with fire protection obligations, medical facilities all the more because of the occurrence of persons with reduced mobility and orientation. Also due to the presence of a large number of people. The research part of the thesis is elaborated in the form of own investigation which aims to meet the objectives of this thesis. The given problem has been solved mainly through structured interviews with the responsible person to find out the necessary information that could not be obtained in another way. Method of own observation has been used as well as the comparison method to compare the information obtained. Individual parts of the Žďár nad Sázavou health center (fire sections) have been compared with each other from different perspectives of their security. The method of comparison has been used to compare the security techniques of selected surgeries from the perspective of fire protection as well. Analysis method has been used to analyse given issue and the synthesis method to unification the individual parts into the complex. Research has shown that in some fire sections the fire protection is not sufficient. Some deficiencies have occurred, these need to be remedied to ensure greater security for the persons present in the building, especially those with reduced mobility and orientation. The greatest problem lies primarily in the lack of fire extinguishers and fire shutters in most A type escape routes which are secured against closure. A possible fire can therefore spread to the evacuation routes and thus make it difficult to evacuate patients and employees of the medical center.

LUKEŠOVÁ, Markéta

The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with a theoretical interpretation of the issue of fire safety, which tries to explain the legislative framework of fire protection and prevention in manufacturing companies. This part in followed by a basic description of fire-safety documentation and obligations associated with operating activities in manufacturing companies. The practical part addresses the specific aspects of ensuring fire safety of the two selected manufacturing companies and seeks the most objective comparison of these indicators. As a result, the demanded level of the fire protection provision between the Czech and the German manufacturing company is determined.
The analysis of attitude and behavior of the population during an evacuation
DOHNALOVÁ, Eliška
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine and evaluate the level of knowledge and behaviour of the population living in the Vimperk municipality with extended powers. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to set a research question as follows: "Is the population's knowledge with regard to conducting evacuations at a good level?" In the theoretical part, the main aim is to describe the issues in the main topic. This was carried out by analysing documents, especially legal norms and professional texts. These documents described the evacuation problems in the public protection and fire protection areas. This section also listed several cases of large-scale evacuations, that have had to be carried out around the world. From both historical and modern events. In the practical part, the task was to find out the real knowledge of the inhabitants in the Vimperk municipality. For this purpose, a questionnaire was created, which we then distributed among the population. The questions mainly concerned knowledge in the field of population protection and they also partially concerned fire protection. Some questions were asked in such a way that they could be answered subjectively, so their result will not be included in the overall examined knowledge results. These questions assess the personal opinion of respondents. The questionnaire consisted of total of 17 questions, whereby 10 questions directly examined the population's knowledge and behaviour and 7 examined the subjective opinion of the population. Evaluation of 84 returned questionnaires showed that the knowledge of the population attains 88%. While the evaluation limit was set at 75%. This information indicates that the answer to the research question is positive. The knowledge of the population with concern to implementing evacuation in the Vimperk municipality is at a good level.
