Business Project in the Area of Renewable Resources of Energy

The aim of my thesis, which is called „Business project in the area of renewable energy resources“, is to analyze business opportunities in the area of renewable energy resources, which have been highly actual and discussed recently, whether in term of benefit for environment or in connection with international problem of shortness in energy resources. Result of this thesis is, on the basis of the analysis, to define recommendations in the form of optimal proposal for realization. The thesis is engaged in description of current state in the area of the renewable energy resources, their utilization in practice and consequential proposals for realization including project financial plan. The thesis is also engaged in possibilities of state budget and EU grants use.

Economic evaluation of wood buildings

The aim of the bachelor thesis is comparing timber frame construction and masonry building in the first and second part of building life cycle. The selected factors of these parts are costs and time-consuming of structure, comparing the masses of structures, their thermal insulation properties and their fire resistance. In the end, there is a comparison of costs of construction and construction lead-time for timber structure and masonry building.

The aim is analysis of individual parts of those costs, factors that affect their amount and suggest improvements of costs management. The theoretical part characterizes the basic terms such a construction company, costs and cost management. The practical part analyzes production overhead costs of chosen company in the years 2018 and 2019.

First described project "Extension of a commercial building", and I continue to work in the description of contract management. At the end of the contract is evaluated in terms of time and cost perspective.

The practical part analyzes production overhead costs of chosen company in the years 2017 to 2020 and deals with proposal of improve the cost management of the selected company.

Labor cost in a construction company

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of costs on the workforce in construction company. The purpose is to define costs for permanent employees and for external employees in specific construction company, known as a subcontractor. There are some concepts which are defined, such as wage, wage policy of Czech Republic, prices in construction, workforce. The following part compares if it’s convenient to hire these workforces or to have its own employees. There is a research of costs on individual workforces in the specific construction company In the end there is an evaluation of benefits of having its own employees or if it’s better to use more subcontractors.
