Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu nákladů na zaměstnance ve stavebním podniku. Předmětem je vymezení v konkrétním stavebním podniku náklady na stálé zaměstnance a na zaměstnance externí, jako jsou subdodavatelé či tzv. živnostníci. Jsou definovány pojmy jako mzda, mzdová politika ČR, ceny ve stavebnictví, pracovní síla. Následující část porovnává, zda je výhodné pracovní sílu pouze najímat nebo mít stálé zaměstnance. Zkoumá náklady určitého podniku na jednotlivé pracovní síly. V závěru práce je vyhodnocena výhodnost mít plně zaměstnané pracovníky nebo na zakázky více využívat subdodavatele. The bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of costs on the workforce in construction company. The purpose is to define costs for permanent employees and for external employees in specific construction company, known as a subcontractor. There are some concepts which are defined, such as wage, wage policy of Czech Republic, prices in construction, workforce. The following part compares if it’s convenient to hire these workforces or to have its own employees. There is a research of costs on individual workforces in the specific construction company In the end there is an evaluation of benefits of having its own employees or if it’s better to use more subcontractors.
