Kuklová, Pavlína ; Veverková, Kamila (advisor) ; Lášek, Jan Blahoslav (referee)
Diploma work Retuňk proti Antikristu a svodum jeho reminds a contemporary man of a need of Holy Writ and importance of freedom of opinion. Using another wording it means the importance of a centre in Christ a centre from and to which aal mortals' ways lead. The triad composed text will be a quide to historic period of Retuňk, a composed work just for itself and its message to contemporary living generations as well. All the roads offered here are Comenius's all-life attitudes with an attention intent on Comenius's world, light and hope. History instructs us on the same matter all the time. The good has been stolen, freedom being brought down, most honest individuals will be like outlaws, prisoners and clients of a execution squad. If our conscience tells us that all that is not right, we should not deny our world, light and hope that centre and all-round frankness. This work Retuňk proti Antikristu a svodum jeho will be that conscience. Keywords Antichrist, history, Comenius, theology.

Zídka, Karel ; Veverková, Kamila (advisor) ; Lášek, Jan Blahoslav (referee)
In this work we tried to look into the life of John Amos Comenius. Simultaneously we dismantle his ideological basis, with respect to pansophia. We paused at Comenius perception of faith in God and the individual points Panorthosia. In main chapter, we compared the Comenius pedagogical bases with current educational trends. In conclusion we came to the findings that we specify differences between Comenius thinking and contemporary times. We have pointed out that in the general scale of the world is closer to the ideals of Comenius. As regards the actual pedagogical research, the current education seeks to upgrade its educational methods, but in some places groping through the influence of different opinions. The problem of the present time we have found the utilization of the contemporary world , together with a lack of time. The disadvantages include the still poorly organized curricula, while lack of respect for the teachers. By contrast, a clear positive of today we added the currently open views, efforts to link a multicultural pupil's confidence tendency to wake up in the truest sense.
Christian roots of modern pedagogy
Špunda, Pavel ; Bravená, Noemi (advisor) ; Dřímal, Ludvík (referee)
In this dissertation I analyze issues of Christian roots presentation in primary education. I also emphasis deviation from human being understanding - as being physical and spiritual. Actually physical dimension is preferred. I point to often forgotten pedagogical legacy of apostles saint Cyril and Metod, also their bravery related to the confidence in Jesus Christ legacy. Mentioned three church institutions are not mentioned in the education system, instead of Jesuits. In case of Jesuits, there is totally missing positive point of view and information about benefits for actual education model. This benefit I describe also for other two church institutions, piarists and salesians, whose are not implemented in to the logical documents. Also pedagogic legacy of Jan Amos Komensky is not presented as a work focused on both human dimensions and is limited only on practical part of his pedagogical work. That is why I emphasis those diversions and I described benefits of individual personalities and institutions, their sense and focus on human included, and not only his physical part, but also spiritual. In the end of my dissertation I propose way of Christian roots presentation in RVP ZV, I mention didactic tools useful for their learning at all levels and periods in primary education system.
Commenius', Locke's and Rousseau's Image of Child
Šístek, Martin ; Pelcová, Naděžda (advisor) ; Krámský, David (referee)
The seeds to the contemporary understanding of a child as a unique human being that deserves the highest degree of protection and care, were planted in the 17th and 18th century. The writings of the philosophers J.A.Comenius, John Locke and J.J. Rousseau have significantly contributed to this modern-era "turn toward the child". Using the background of individual scholars' opinions and ideas, the author is studying or noticing in what each of the thinkers sees the basis of uniqueness and irreplaceability of childhood.
