The Performance Evaluation of Strojírna Oslavany, Ltd. Using Balanced Scorecard Approach

This master´s thesis deals with the performance evaluation of the company STROJÍRNA OSLAVANY, spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard approach and proposes the implementation of this method in the company. A proposed concept of the Balanced Scorecard is based on the strategic and financial analysis, through which the future performance of the company will be evaluated on. The thesis specifies the strategic targets for each perspective of the concept, assigns the financial and non-financial measures for individual targets, determines target value, intended strategic actions, identifies risks and evaluates the benefits of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept into the company.

Diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the Balanced Scorecard for a selected company. The theoretical part of this thesis includes research of available literature, which is focused on company performance measurement in general, financial statements, financial analysis, strategic analysis and the BSC method. In the practical part, after financial and strategic analysis, proposal of the four BSC perspectives (financial, customer, internal process, learning and growth) is presented, based on the strategy of the company.

Evaluation of the Company´s Financial Performance using Benchmarking Approach

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial and business performance of the company NOVA Blansko Ltd. by using the benchmarking method. The first part of this work consists of the theoretical basis of the specific issue. The second part focuses on introducing the company and performing a situation analysis. The following part is a key part of this work, it contains the actual implementation of benchmarking of the company with selected competitors. The final part of this work summarizes the main findings obtained from individual analyses and recommendations for improving the company's performance.

This diploma thesis deals with the assessment of productivity in the company CHEDO, Ltd. The activity field of this company comprises distribution of coating materials. The analysis used in the theoretical part inspects the position of the company from the view of effectiveness of the business process with the emphasis especially on the negative findings. With the method Balanced Scorecard we are given the right direction towards the behaviour and attitude of the company towards the process of management control in order to increase the performance of the company on the market to achieve adequate financial stability.

Economic and Financial Evaluation of the Company and Proposal for Implementation of Balanced Scorecard

The master's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the company's performance using the Balanced Scorecard concept and its implementation into the corporate structure. The theoretical part describes the methods used to evaluate the performance of the company, including the theoretical basis of the Balanced Scorecard concept. In the next section, these methods are used and applied to evaluate the performance of the selected company. In the last part of the thesis, a proposal for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method into the structure of this company is developed. Part of this chapter are compiled strategic goals of individual perspectives, interconnection of goals using a strategic map, time schedule of implementation and the risks that might arise during implementation are listed and evaluated.

This bachelor thesis is concentrated on general description of Corporate Performance management (CPM). It explains important theoretical terms, describes concept and possibilities of use these tools and it is focused on explanation why are them helpful and how to use them. In next part is analysis of present CPM solutions. A research of the seven most important solutions on Czech market has been written, and there is a part about their differences, advantages and disadvantages. In the end is written about practical use of this concept in two large organizations. First is middle sized factory and second is international corporation which works in ICT.

Theoretical part of thesis is focused on description of selected models of valuation of effeciancy. In practical part is selected comapany introduced and included it’s field of business. And on the base of EFQM Excellence Model is valuation of efficiency made. The final part of the thesis is given suggestions for improvement.

This master´s thesis focuses on the assessment of the financial and business performance of the company SVITAP J. H. J. spol. s r. o. by using the methods of benchmarking. First part of the work provides a theoretical background for the issue. The second part of the thesis contains instroduction of the company and situational analysis of the company. In the main part of the thesis is the acutal benchmarking of the company with selected competitors. On top of that I present possible recommendations for the selected company in order to enhance or even eliminate identified weaknesses.

Evaluation of Corporate Performance for the Sustainable Development Support

Diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of a selected company operating in the field of processing medicinal plants and natural substances for the period 2015 - 2020. The tools of financial analysis are used in the evaluation. The calculation and results are realized and displayed using Maple software. Selected company indicators are compared with the industry average. The analysis of PESTLE and Porter's model is processed in the work. The performed analyzes are used in the design to improve the company's performance and outline the parameters for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method, which should be a supporting tool for ensuring the sustainable development of the company.
