Analysis of financial performance of the selected enterprise

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the financial analysis of the company PILANA Metal s.r.o. in the investigated period between the years 2009--2013 and to propose improvement in the financial situation of the company. Bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes and presents basic financial methods and financial indicators, which support to get an information and overview of financial situation of the company. The practical part provides evaluation of the company's financial situation and its position in the region. This part also considers general information, characteristics, organizational structure and historical background of the analyzed company. The last part reviews analyzed data and brings recommendations, improvements and advices for present and future operations of the company on the market.

The main focus of this bachelor´s thesis is an application to improve the financial situation of the company Vydona s.r.o. on the basis of the financial analysis for the years 2009 - 2013. The first part of the bachelor´s thesis will focus on the theory and definition of terms, next explained what it is a financial analysis and what it contains. The practical part will be performed financial analysis according to the theory and provided statements, and described the factors that influenced the company over the years. The last section focuses on findings from the statements of the financial analysis of the company and proposals to improve the situation.

This bachelor´s thesis evaluates the financial situation of OHL ŽS, a.s. in the period 2009 – 2013. The first part defines the theoretical foundations of financial analysis methods, instruments, indicator and methods of use. In the second part of the paper there is practical use of financial analysis in the company. On the basis of received data, recommendations which should lead for improving the financial status of the company, are suggested.

This bachelor’s thesis on „Evaluation of the financial situation in the firm and proposals to its improvement” analyzes the financial situation selected company between the years 2009–2013. The aim of the thesis is to assess the overall financial situation of the enterprise IZOL94, s.r.o. and to form proposals leading to the improvement of the current financial situation. At first are summarizes the theoretical knowledge of strategic and financial analysis that will be used to develop in the practical part. In the next part are captured the information about the company and analyzes the current status of the selected and competitive company. Third part of the work captured the proposals and recommendations to improve current financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis is concerned with evaluating the financial situation of the company Conec s.r.o. between 2009 and 2013. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the recent situation of the company by using most suitable methods and to elaborate proposals for its improvement. The first part of this work is devoted to theoretical knowledge, on the basis of which the practical part will be created. The second part consists of detailed information about the company, characterization of its situation with the analysis of the external surroundings. Third part of the work evaluates the financial situation of the company and in the conclusion recommendations will be proposed to improve the current financial situation of the company.
