Hlavní náplní této bakalářské práce je podání návrhu na zlepšení finanční situace firmy Vydona s.r.o. na základě provedené finanční analýzy za roky 2009 - 2013. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teorii a definici pojmů, dále bude vysvětleno, co je to finanční analýza a co všechno obsahuje. V praktické části bude provedena finanční analýza dle teorie a poskytnutých výkazů, a popsáno, které faktory ovlivňovaly podnik během let. Poslední část je zaměřena na zjištěné poznatky z finanční analýzy dané firmy a podání návrhů na zlepšení její situace. The main focus of this bachelor´s thesis is an application to improve the financial situation of the company Vydona s.r.o. on the basis of the financial analysis for the years 2009 - 2013. The first part of the bachelor´s thesis will focus on the theory and definition of terms, next explained what it is a financial analysis and what it contains. The practical part will be performed financial analysis according to the theory and provided statements, and described the factors that influenced the company over the years. The last section focuses on findings from the statements of the financial analysis of the company and proposals to improve the situation.
