Doing Business of the Czech Trade Corporations in Mexico - Analysis, Opportunities, Recommendations.

The goal of the graduation thesis is an attempt to extend to all the persons interested in entrepreneurship in Mexico current information concerning this issue. Preamble of the work constitutes a brief characteristics of the country including a short historical review. A fundamental chapter of the thesis is dedicated to the business ambient follows. Its specificity have been analysed on the basis of two different methods - PEST method and SWOT method. Further, there are surveyed promising sectors of the Mexican economy in light of investment and foreign trade and all that with respect to the opportunities for the Czech business corporations. A separate chapter is dedicated to the process of entrepreneur's penetration the Mexican market and its terms. The graduation thesis is also focused on characteristics of particular institutions engaged in the field of foreign trade and investment which can give an advisory opinion or help to the clients. A part of the work is also a list of contact addresses of the entities mentioned in the thesis. Closing chapter presents concrete subvention examples of the Czech corporations export activities.
Strategy of corporate MHP in the Eastern European market

MHP (Myronivsky Hliboproduct) is one of Ukraine's leading agro-industrial companies. MHP primarily focuses on rearing chickens. The group grows its own grain to supply its fodder mills; produces feed for its two breeder farms and four chicken farms. MHP undertakes the entire production cycle, from chicks to mature birds to finished product and its distribution with own fleet of trucks. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is analysis of present corporate strategy, which also includes PEST(E) and SWOT analyses.

This work deals with the strategic analysis of Czech agricultural enterprise. It is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical background of this work. There are described methods of external and internal analysis. The second, practical part, is concerned with practical applications of strategic analysis to the specific conditions of the agricultural enterprise. In the third part we can find a synthesis of knowledge from the practical part carried out through the SWOT analysis. In the final chapter recommendations for the future of the enterprise are formulated.

The aim of this essay is a survey of the Mexican economy. Its strong points and weaknesses shall be found and the international competitiveness of the country will be explored. The instrument of the survey is PEST analysis. The PEST analysis helps to explore the economy from four points of view in order to get a complex image of the country. Several factors, political, economical, social and technological ones, have to be judged together because they influance each other. AT the end of description of each factor, there will be a review of the situation. Problems of the economy will be found, the estimation of future development will be made, eventually innovation suggestions will be placed.
