System of audit procedures towards beneficiaries of subsidies under the budgetary rules

This thesis deals with the legal regulation of the procedure of providing subsidies from the state budget to beneficiaries of subsidies according to the so-called major budget rules and the system of audit of compliance with the obligations of these beneficiaries. It also deals with judicial case law, which often helps to clarify unclear or gaping legal regulations, as well as controversies that have not yet been resolved. In this respect, it also points out the potentially non-optimal solutions chosen in the legislation and the weaknesses in the current practice of the public administration internal regulations, which are not able to compensate for the missing or legislatively incomplete statutory law. Within the analysis, this thesis focuses not only on a transparent and fair process of selecting applications for subsidies, but also on the conceptual setting up of a system of audits on the disposal of subsidies by their beneficiaries. It therefore also addresses the interrelation of the individual audit bodies and the degree of interdependence of their procedures in auditing beneficiaries of subsidies, including sanctioning the beneficiaries for non-compliance detected by the audit and recovering the subsidy or part of it back to the state budget. Wooden churches from Subcarpathian Ruthenia in CzechoslovakiaChurch of St. Paraskeva in Blansko and the Church of St. Archangel Michael in Prague

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to work on the issue of wooden churches from the 16th- 18th centuries from Subcarpathian Rus, which were moved to the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic in the interwar period. The thesis was narrowed down in view of the amount of archival material and the findings that emerged from it. The thesis discusses the Church of St. Paraskeva in Blansko and the Church of St. Archangel Michael in Prague. The thesis will provide comprehensive information about the churches, including their architectural history and furnishings, as well as their current condition. Additionally, an attempt at reconstructing the iconostasis in the Church of St. Paraskeva in Blansko will be made. The thesis will focus on the political and religious situation in Subcarpathian Rus and the cultural-historical context of the time, as a result of which these churches came into the possession of the Czechoslovak state. Thorough attention will be given not only to the currently used Church of St. Paraskeva in Blansko but also to the Church of St. Archangel Michael, which was affected by a fire on the premises of the cultural monument Letohrádek Kinských in Prague in 2020.

Agritourism in Czechia and in neighbouring states

The bachelor thesis deals with agritourism in Czechia and in neighbouring states. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the development and the current state in the last 10 years, to compare the position from the point of view of the whole state and its regional differentiation and to evaluate the financial support. A quantitative research method was used to achieve the set goals and answer to the research questions. A search of professional literature and an evaluation of available statistical data were used. Data on the number of agritourism entities were obtained from individual statistical offices. Information on financial support was found on the websites and specific ministries of individual states. The results of the research indicate that the development of agritourism does not take place in the same way in all states. Also, some states differ in the predominant location of agritourism entities. Furthermore, it was found that certain states do not make sufficiently use of financial support for the development of agritourism. It is important that it should be financially supported by the individual states and the European Union. Design of system wiring and energy management for a family house with PV

This work deals with the design of system wiring and energy management for a family house with a photovoltaic power plant. The current state of the house's electrical installation does not meet current standards. The theoretical introduction of the work deals with the description of system electrical installation and building management systems. Another part of the work deals with the design of photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the house. The design was economically evaluated, including subsidy programs. Home control system has been designed to effectively manage the home's operations and minimize operating costs. Energy management was designed, which will effectively use the produced photovoltaic power. Project documentation was prepared, which will be used for future implementation.

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of supporting microbreweries in the form of subsidies in the programming period 2021-2027. The literature search summarizes key information about microbreweries, the definition of SMEs and general conditions for providing subsidies. The practical part describes the ongoing subsidy calls from which funds can be drawn for the construction and development of microbreweries. In particular, the official internet resources of the European Union, the individual EU funds and state portals were used to find the relevant subsidy titles. The main output of this work is a summary of information useful for applicants for subsidies or for those interested in doing business in this brewery sector.

Investment project in the municipality

This thesis deals with the issue of the municipality's investment plan. The theoretical part first explains what public contracts are and how they can be financed in practice. In the theoretical part of the thesis, individual methods for evaluating the effectiveness of public investments are also described in detail, and the issue of investment planning is also approached. In the practical part, a case study is prepared, the aim of which is to characterize the selected investment plan in the village Jeneč, to determine the socio-economic impacts on the development of the village and finally to evaluate the influence of the selected investment on the development of the village.

The study alternatives village sewer system Crhov

The theme of this diploma thesis is " The study alternatives village sewer system Crhov". The thesis focuses on the design of possible wastewater treatment options with design of the technology for waste water treatment. Four alternatives are proposed - catch up existing sewerage and build an aerobic pond, new sewerage system with a container sewage treatment plant, domestic sewage treatment plant and the existing drainage system and the construction of a sewage treatment plant. In addition to the proposal itself, financial valuation of these variants is an integral part of the work with its own recommendation.
