Preparation of the implemantation of the rough superstructure of the office building Ypsilon

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve the technological stage of the rough top construction for the construction of an office building in the town of Šamorín. The construction system of the office building is a wall system, made of Porotherm blocks. The ceiling structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The content of the work is the preparation of a technological prescription for vertical and horizontal load-bearing structures, a technical report of the construction-technological project, a construction timetable for the specified technological stage, a site situation with broader transport relations, a construction organisation including a drawing of the site equipment, a budget for the rough top construction and an inspection and testing plan. Furthermore, the work deals with traffic routes to the site, occupational health and safety, the design of the machine assembly and a comparison of the design options for the horizontal structure.
Apartment building Nové Zámky

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in the town of Nové Zámky. This object is freestanding, without a basement, with four above-ground floors. On the 1st floor there are two garages for three cars, boxes, a technical and cleaning room. There are residential units on the other above-ground floors. There are a total of 7 residential units in the building. On the 2nd floor there are two apartment units with a layout of 4+kk and one apartment unit designed as 1+kk. The 3rd floor is designed similarly to the 2nd floor. There is one apartment on the 4th floor, which is designed as a 5+kk and a common terrace for all residents of the apartment building. The building is covered with a two-level flat vegetation roof. The roof above the 4th floor is designed as non-walkable and the roof above the 3rd floor is designed as walkable and serves as a terrace. The support system is designed as transverse in all above-ground floors made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures and balcony are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete.
Building-Technological study of ENVI Centre

Bachelor thesis contains selected parts of the building and technological studies for building an educational center in ENVI Vysoke Pole. That the processing of documentation is primarily a technological study of the implementation of the main technological stages for the specified object, time and financial plan construction, the basic concept of building operation, itemized budget with bills of quantities, technological regulation for the implementation of the double-skinned walls, security measures for the implementation of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling and control test plan.
BIKEZONE.cz - Bikeshop with flats

The aim of the diploma thesis „BIKEZONE.CZ – bikeshop with flats“ is development of detailed documentation to build the bikeshop with flats for permanent living for sixty person on the land number 337/4, in the city named Hradec Králové – Kukleny. The building is designed with the master plan and the surrounding construction and appropriately mounted on the adjacent intersection. The building is designed as a four-floors, partial basement with two-floors bikeshop with own service and the flat part with seventeen flats of the size two or three bedrooms with kitchen. Next to building are designed two car parkings with capacity for 25 cars. The main entrance to the shop is from the street Pražská třída where is a parking for customers a the main entrace to the flat house is from the street Pálenecká. The supporting part will consist of a combination of sand-lime bricks KM BETA and monolithic ceiling and column. The non-supporting part will of sand-lime bricks KM BETA. The roof is flat with a waterproofing membrane of flexible PVC surcharge laundered gravel. Insulation of the building envelope will contact system ETICS terminated blending facade of dark and light gray colors. Doors and windows are wooden with golden oak color shade.
Apartment building in Trutnov construction technology project

In my master´s thesis I am talking about solution of building a top rough construction technology in a block of flats. The content of my thesis are mainly worked out technical regulations concerning monolithic ceiling constructions and vertical load bearing constructions. Regarding the phase of the top rough construction, also there are a proposition of a building site organization, a technical report about the building site organization, a technical report about a building-technological project, solution of construction orgaization, a timetable, an item budget and a proposition of machine compositions.
Preparation for the reconstruction of a home for the elderly in Brno

The topic of the thesis is the construction and technological preparation of the extension of the retirement home in Brno. It is a three-storey building based on piles with combined vertical structures and monolithic ceilings, the building has a flat roof. The work includes a technical report, time and financial plan of the building, project of construction site equipment, mechanical assembly of the main mechanisms used during construction, as well as a time plan and the necessary number of workers.

Construction-technological project for the construction of a central charging station in Púchov

This diploma thesis focuses on the construction of a construction technological project for the construction of the Central Charging Station in Púchov. The building is located in the industrial area of Púchov and in the area of Continental Matador Rubber. In the thesis is elaborated technical report for building technological project, co-ordination situation of construction with wider transport routes, time and financial object plan, study of the realization of the main technological stages, construction site design, design of main building machines and mechanisms, time schedule of main building, securing material resources for the monolithic part of the building. In the thesis are made, technological rules for drilled pilots and ceiling structure above the first overground floor. Technological regulations follow control and test plans. Other assignments that have been made in this work, such as the occupational safety and health plan, the design and comparison of cranes and the item budget.
Center for leisure activities

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the new construction of the leisure activity center. The building is located on a plot of land with plot numbers 84/4, 84/6 and 120/4 in Olšany u Prostějova. The plots are flat and undeveloped. The building is designed as a detached, two-story building with a partial basement. The basement contains the building's technical facilities, a cleaning room and a warehouse. On the ground floor there is a small cafe with a terrace, a relaxation area, a classroom, sanitary facilities, a reception, a hall intended for holding cultural events and the facilities of the hall. On the 2nd floor there are classrooms, sanitary facilities and the management office. The object is designed as barrier-free. The vertical structures are made of silica sand-based blocks of the Porfix system. The perimeter and internal load-bearing masonry in the basement is monolithic reinforced concrete. The construction is based on foundation belts made of plain concrete C20/25 and a 150 mm thick underlying concrete screed reinforced with KARI mesh. The building is insulated with 200 mm thick mineral wool. Part of the building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system with a surface treatment of thin-layer plaster, and part of it has a ventilated facade with laminate facade cladding. The windows and doors are plastic with triple insulating glass.
Reinforced concrete structure of a multifunction building

The aim of this qualification thesis is to design a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling construction of typical floor. It concerns locally supported panel that is 250 mm thick and of irregular shape. The spread of the span is 6 x 6 m with the overshoot of 1,2 m. Inside the building there is a staircase with a lift and a plumbing stack that is surrounded by the monolithic reinforced concrete wall that is 300 mm thick. The structural height of the floor is 3500 mm. The pillars` cross-sections are 450/450 mm. An analysis using the end-element method, a static design and a drawing documentation of the ceiling panel were conducted within this thesis.
